I took it in to the Verizon store and they kindly told me it was all over and I should look at picking up a used phone - it seems the Note 2s are going cheap on eBay. But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

Not sure why as the screen formed a touch dead spot and faceID stopped working with an error message. Maybe condensation from age and the winter weather. Then phone value to IFIXIT kit prices made it not cost effective to fix. I stopped by this location to look at used Iphone 11 or 12 so I can have a same day replacement as I don't need a brand new IPhone. I purchased an unlocked IPhone 12 for $5xx as it seem to work at the store, phone is in front of me, and in excellent condition. When I drove 40 mins home, I restored a backup from Icloud and then asked a Verizon tech to activate the phone. I was on the phone for 2 hours with Verizon trying to activate the phone. At the end of the call, they noticed the phone I had was a European model and not a US phone. Verizon was not able to activate the phone as Europe and the US have different regulatory standards for Cellar/WiFi communication. The only thing that worked was 5g Internet service and I could not send/receive calls and texts. I had to drive 40mins back to this store to return the phone. Based on the conversion we had. It sounded like they knew the phone was a foreign and willing sold it..... What a #$#@ and low life move by these people. I should be able to walk into a US store and buy a phone compatible for the US without thinking to ask if the phone is a US model. In total, I wasted 5 hours of my life with this store and ended up buying a US model phone from Ebay. I'm not going back to this store chain and I will never recommend them as well. If I cant trust to them to buy a used phone. How can I can trust them to repair one.

Just when I thought I was at ends with a laptop of years and many important documents and personal…read morethings that I could never obtain or get back is what several repair shops told me, but a buddy of mine said hey give this place a shot if all else fails you tried all options. So I called and spoke with I believe the owner Josh and explained what was happening, he told me I could either bring my laptop to him or he could do a on-site call, I was a little thrown back just for how sure and confident he sounded that he would get me back into my computer after being told several times by other places that there wasn't much I can do it was gonna cost more to repair than to purchase a new one. So long story short I agreed to have him come to my home, which was very pleased with how respectful this man was and how he was honestly just like me or anyone else and didn't make me feel like I was just another dollar or another business victim so to say, I felt as if I was just hanging with the guys ya know! I learned quite a bit as well with his eagerness to explain to me and to show me how things worked and things that just honestly sounded like foreign language to me at first but it was incredible to at least have a company or person of a company show that they really did care about me and the situation I was facing and I genuinely felt his main goal and purpose was to make sure he resolved all of and any of my concerns and problems versus just getting things done quick and just taking my money. All that being said for just $85 I still get to keep all my sentimental belongings that I would never see or get back! Thank you Joshua and J ENTERPRISE for your help. I can't wait to have you back with any future technical or technology issues I come acrossed! I will not be going to anyone else period! They all said I was better off buying new and loosing my things but you guys went above and beyond and did what they didn't want ro do, you saw me for me and not just a price tag!
