I have had poor experiences with this UPS location before, but they are the closest location to…read morewhere I am. It all entails poor customer service, rude remarks, etc. Today, I went in the store to return 2 small Amazon packages. I didn't look at the time, but the door was ajar and the lights were bright and ladies were at the desk forward facing. I just walked right in. The door was ajar and unlocked, after all. Nope. They still had 5 minutes until they opened apparently and they YELLED at me to get out. The lady followed me back (my one step into the doorway) and locked the door behind me. Why was the door unlocked if the store was closed anyways?? I don't have a problem with it being closed, but they were really rude and raised their voices at me. It was a really unpleasant experience.
