David G. of Admin Net Tech provided over-the-top customer service when I recently had a laptop emergency. I was panicking because it was after 6 pm and I couldn't find a company open until I called Admin Net Tech and David answered. He was on his way to his last customer of the day but said he would call me back when finished. I never expected to hear from him again but he called me back, as promised, and said he'd meet me at their Boardman Office at 7:45 pm. He showed up and spent over 2 hours repairing my computer issues. I found out later he was off the clock and not required to respond to my call nor to return so late to the office (which was very much out of his way) to help a person he didn't even know who happened to be in trouble.
