What Frank & I both already knew was that I only likely required a cable or two that would cost maybe $10.00 bucks at most, a couple of bucks more likely. But, being the upstanding citizen I am I was willing to buy all of the necessary parts for my upgrade from his shop (including components & service) provided he was willing to give me an honest quote. After all, I like to support local businesses when I can. When I followed up with Frank & confronted him about his non-consumer friendly policy he refused to do business with me. In my opinion, it would appear the owner is more interested in taking advantage of customers who are computer illiterate than doing honest business. I would recommend steering clear of Salem Computer Center as they do not appear to be a reputable business.
