I took my spouses HP laptop there to get a new screen put in. The current one was cracked…read more After we got it back, the "picture" was terrible, it was as if the brightness was turned up 300%. The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. I would be very wary about using their services in the future.
