On Monday, September 21, at approximately 4:00pm, my husband went to your store to ship a package for me. We were frequent customers of your small business, as were my family members. Your female employee working behind the counter was waiting on a customer, and my husband was waiting behind this customer in line. Your employee must have recognized my husband (although he did not recognize her nor know her name), and the employee proceeded to tell her customer in line in front of my husband (loud enough for him to hear) that my husband is mentally weird and possibly autistic. When it was my husband's turn at the counter, he questioned this employee by repeating, "Mentally weird?" And your employee commented, "Well, at least you're looking me in the eyes this time." To say this behavior of your employee is unprofessional is putting it mildly - it's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. You have lost my family's business, and I will be sharing with others how my husband was treated as a customer of your business. I don't know what kind of business you're running, but my family will no longer be supporting it, as no one needs to be treated disrespectfully and subjected to that kind of unprovoked verbal abuse. We will be following this review up with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). read more

I stopped here yesterday to mail something to a relative in West Virginia. I had never been to this store and didn't know what to expect. My husband and I were greeted immediately upon arrival by Seth. I told him I had two presents to mail. He promptly measured the packages, chose the perfect box, packaged it up and mailed it. That was it, literally. It was the easiest shipping transaction I have ever completed. He was courteous, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Even though the post office has been experiencing delays, my package arrived at it's destination the very next day. I can not praise this business enough! We had the daunting task of finding a shipping place that was open on the day before the 4th of July. So when we discovered that they were open on the 3rd of July, we drove from West Middlesex to their location. It was very easy to locate. We were shipping back precious items from my in-laws estate including a WWll uniform and one of a kind pictures to AZ. Tracy and her staff were extraordinarily kind and promised to take good care of everything. We definitely would NOT have been treated that way in some other shipping places. There are amazing items for sale in the store too. I will update this review when our items arrive but Tracy actually said she was honored to do this for us. I use to absolutely love this place with the ladies who work there till a man who works there questioned my pwckages labeled fragile and felt the need to open them up when everything I ship follows the terms and rules of the app I use. I felt extremely disrespected and violated and upset after going through my packages he kept packaging materials for his own personal use which I felt was extremly unprofessional and very rude. He didn't even put everything back the same way I put it in or offer me to package it back as it was. It ruined my experience with this company. He said they dont have a license to secure certain items that I literally ship religiously. My items are insured by the selling app I use so if I'm following protocol and using the apps labels even if something were to happen the owners of the app would get in trouble not them. Im still just in shock why he treated me so differently this time. I feel let down. I think they forgot to put one of those packages on the truck again as well which effects me in a negative way not this company. It hurts when you are good to someone and loyal and then someone mistreat you and your belongings. read more
