So, I won an item in an auction, which uses this UPS store to ship. The price to ship was $42.44,…read morewhich is more expensive than the price of the item itself. What are you gonna do? Anyhow, I got my box two days later, which was great, but I was so disappointed that my item was sticking out of the box! This is a company that packs and ships for a living... and my item was sticking out of the box! Vintage! Irreplaceable! Thankfully, the item isn't terribly fragile, and having never seen it before, I don't know if the scratches on it are due to the poor packaging, or if they were lovingly earned from being 65+ years old? I'll never know, but I do know that chances are very slim I'll ever participate in this particular auction again because of this service.

It wasn't that they didn't have any, it's the fact that they did not have a full selection, or a quantity that would allow for a purchase to fulfill a need. At least in this location, I was able to locate the department easily that held these items. I should have learned my lesson here and just ordered them online to pick up or have them shipped. However, with the tight timeframe this would not be a viable option. At least this location did not have the familiar Staples smell. One thing that was familiar was that the staff were almost non-existent.

Although the overseas items took longer to work out than at other post offices, the parcels got to where they needed to be and all was well.
