Crappy wet day in January to start the cleaning process of our newly acquired house. I estimated a truck load for the first run to give us room to continue the cleaning. Tyler and Najee came in, gave us, an estimate started loading. The process is simple the junk first which started with two mattress'/box springs, sofa, two large chairs, kitchen range. The furniture had to be removed out the front door and walked around the side of the house in the soggy, rain soaked ground. No problem, no complaints, just smiles and laughter fighting the dust and dirt. Then the trash bags filled with everything from grimy dog toys to outdated paperwork. We emptied what we could for that day and the estimate was 5/6 of a truck load. Bonus including the January cleaning special that was in place at the time They will be back. So we requested Tyler and Najee to return. I once again did an estimate for my own amusement and an estimate of how much of a truck load and what it would cost. The guys came in looked at the piles, gave us an estimate 1/2 truck load. (Same as what I guessed.) About a half hour later the piles were loaded and we discussed the next load and the removal of the carpeting. You may not know they remove carpeting as well! Excellent when gutting a house down to the walls. So the truth is this has been the best experience to get rid of unwanted items. So guys, we will see you when we get the next room filled to the brim with trash and can't move around anymore. read more

Excellent service, excellent pricing!! Collin and Ben were outstanding, friendly, hard working and really nice guys. Had large appliances in the basement, tires and scrap in the back yard and TV's and assorted metal scrap in the garage - no problem, was amazed at how they packed it in the truck. They took it in stride and got the job done, very efficiently. They also took great care removing the items from the basement. Best of all I didn't have to do a thing, and it was far more cost effective than getting a dumpster and having to find help to get rid of the items. Everything was easy and wonderful from the get go. I always make my first judgement about a business by how they answer the phone. They were extremely friendly and helpful from the start. It was easy to schedule, they were prompt, courteous and well dressed and did the work quickly. Thank you Kevin and Caleb! I realize that there was an extra fee involved to dispose of the tv but the amount still seemed a little high since the disposal fee was small. Still the convenience was worth it. I was amazed at how great these guys are, professional, friendly, just awesome. They came called to let me know they were on their way, in the time frame I was originally given. I can't believe how great their customer service is. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and he talked me through the entire process. I had never heard of this service before so he made it very clear how everything worked. I then decided to setup a free on site assessment where they sent out two team members. From there, all I had to do was point and my junk disappeared! Did I mention the two gentleman who removed the junk were also soooo nice and friendly?! They even swept the mess up before they left. I highly recommend Express Junk Removal. Had a lot of junk from a house remodel and although I was outside of their normal service area they came out anyway with an additional fee. Ultimately it took 2 trips to get all the stuff, which I easily scheduled the 2nd trip within just a couple of days from the first trip. Both crews were friendly and thorough. They loaded up everything that I pointed out and even broke up an old cement wash sink to remove it (super heavy)! This summer I removed my old wooden deck. Cut it up. Laid to rest in a pile beside my driveway. Since hauling it away seemed daunting, it continued to amass more and more debris from other projects and left-overs until there was a least a 12 yard ugly mess. Great service and reasonable price, especially compared to the cost and hassle of renting a dumpster. They were able to schedule an appointment when I needed it and were even early (but called ahead to make sure it was OK). This was the second experience we had with this great junk removal company. They picked up everything and in a very professional and efficient manner. Solomon and Alex were really helpful with making sure what could be picked up. It's a tough job but there are never any complaints about all the loading. Outstanding!!! I had furniture that needed to be removed from my aunt's assisted living facility and a sectional and outdated TV at our home that needed removed and it was done in one fell swoop! We were very happy with Mike and Shawn. They did an excellent job taking old appliances out of our basement. They are hard working and both had professional and positive attitudes. They also helped clear out our shed collecting old bricks and old lawn equipment and an old treadmill. They did all the heavy lifting and provided great service. I highly recommend their service. I needed some construction debris removed from my garage. They arrived when they said they would, gave me an estimate on the spot. We contacted Express about removing the HEAVY part of a piano from our garage. We sent pics, and they were able to give us an idea of the cost. We scheduled a pickup for the next morning. The guys arrived on-time (called as they were on their way), were very personable, and the cost was exactly what they told us (no hidden or added charges).
