For domestic send outs - it is pretty straightforward and efficient. For overseas shipments - I got the impression they don't get a lot of them. It was a multi step process that required two other workers for "trust but verify" questions. The service was always friendly and accommodating. Although the overseas items took longer to work out than at other post offices, the parcels got to where they needed to be and all was well.

After dragging the big box into the store and lifting it up on the counter the young lady waiting on me, complete with a face mask, scanned my codes from my phone then asked me to take the big box to the back of the store. Not kidding! Maybe I should have hung around for the USP truck so I could help load it. If this box was beyond her job description there was a young man working 10 feet behind her. Maybe he could have assisted. I will never, ever go into that store again. Not if it's the last UPS Store on the planet. Real customer service is out the window and this employee demonstrates that. I've had other poor experiences at two other UPS Stores, North Canton, OH & Alliance, OH where both owners were rude, condescending and regular jerks.
