Don't hurt yourself, try to be friendly, courteous and not act like I'm there to do you a favor. I dropped off two items at the Austintown, OH UPS Store, one just over 50 lbs in a long thick box, not easy to handle, the other just a small package. After dragging the big box into the store and lifting it up on the counter the young lady waiting on me, complete with a face mask, scanned my codes from my phone then asked me to take the big box to the back of the store. Not kidding! Maybe I should have hung around for the USP truck so I could help load it. If this box was beyond her job description there was a young man working 10 feet behind her. Maybe he could have assisted. I will never, ever go into that store again. Not if it's the last UPS Store on the planet. Real customer service is out the window and this employee demonstrates that. I've had other poor experiences at two other UPS Stores, North Canton, OH & Alliance, OH where both owners were rude, condescending and regular jerks. read more

I had difficulty returning a package to Amazon because it was sent to me but purchased by a person not me. The clerk at the counter was absolutely wonderful! His name is Dominic M. He actually walked the purchaser through the return policy. He was courteous and knowledgeable and waited on other customers well the purchaser retrieved information. He did it all! I've been using the UPS store for many years now. The staff is always polite and ready to move along a long line. The majority of what I do here is return Amazon packages and free is always best! I have used them for other shipping needs and found that the cost is always worth it. read more

Never had an issue in store, however I did call 6 times between 9:47am and 2pm to make sure a notary would Be there before packing my children up and making the drive there. Not one time did someone answer the phone. I even left a message to be called back and never got a call back. Finally on the 7th time calling someone answered and I had 1 hour left to get there and get my stuff done before the notary left for the day. When I got to the store there were 5 employees working. Pretty sad not one of them could answer the phone all day. read more

Ok so anytime I have a problem they apologize and try and fix it This is my local ups when I get upset they stay calm and fix the problem They try there best most of them I see every day and they don't get a day off so I'm happy they smile stay and put up with customers like me . We ordered an antique beveled glass window from a local dealer who took it to the UPS store for packing and shipping - we spoke with Sam about the delivery details and costs, and she had the window exceptionally well packed and protected - truly a professional packing job. Despite the UPS driver throwing it on the ground when she delivered it in our driveway and the rough journey it must have had judging by the number of crushed corners and tear gouges the box had, it arrived unscathed. read more
