I brought a print job to Tom and Elainey last week. It wasn't an easy one, being that I'm located in Austin, Texas and our client is near Boardman. We used our local Minuteman here in Austin (they are great) to run 2500 8-page brochures only to realize too late that there were mistakes. Yep. That means I'm paying out of my own pocket for the "re-run." Rather than shoulder the shipping costs again, I searched for a printer close to our client. Alas, the clouds parted and a ray of sunshine lit up my Yelp page!! There's a Minuteman in Boardman!! I knew upon my first call with them I made the right choice. Elainey kindly listened to my plight and was ready to jump in and help. Over the past week, myself and my team have worked closely with her and Tom to make sure this next run was PERFECT. They went as far as to print multiple proofs for me & took snapshots with their phone so I could rest assured that I would be delivering a perfect product to my client. (Who does that?!) They never seemed rushed, although I know they are busy. They always listened, although I know I talked too much. They are great people running a great business and I think you've found your printer!! I know I have!! I'm not even kidding. I'm trying to figure out how I can continue to use them remotely... lol Thank you Minuteman Boardman!! Your Austin fans love you!!

Anyhow, I got my box two days later, which was great, but I was so disappointed that my item was sticking out of the box! This is a company that packs and ships for a living... and my item was sticking out of the box! Vintage! Irreplaceable! Thankfully, the item isn't terribly fragile, and having never seen it before, I don't know if the scratches on it are due to the poor packaging, or if they were lovingly earned from being 65+ years old? I'll never know, but I do know that chances are very slim I'll ever participate in this particular auction again because of this service.

Our movers Brandon, Brandon, Dave and Dan were just amazing!!! Their Tetris skills in loading all our stuff onto the truck were legendary!!! They took care with all our items and help get everything set up before they headed out. It was a crazy hot day and they brought an extra guy to help with no extra charge. I loved that they took a few breaks as this is some tedious work. We gave them a complete list of everything we needed moved and they were able to give us an accurate quote on price.
