After dragging the big box into the store and lifting it up on the counter the young lady waiting on me, complete with a face mask, scanned my codes from my phone then asked me to take the big box to the back of the store. Not kidding! Maybe I should have hung around for the USP truck so I could help load it. If this box was beyond her job description there was a young man working 10 feet behind her. Maybe he could have assisted. I will never, ever go into that store again. Not if it's the last UPS Store on the planet. Real customer service is out the window and this employee demonstrates that. I've had other poor experiences at two other UPS Stores, North Canton, OH & Alliance, OH where both owners were rude, condescending and regular jerks.

I brought a print job to Tom and Elainey last week. It wasn't an easy one, being that I'm located in Austin, Texas and our client is near Boardman. We used our local Minuteman here in Austin (they are great) to run 2500 8-page brochures only to realize too late that there were mistakes. Yep. That means I'm paying out of my own pocket for the "re-run." Rather than shoulder the shipping costs again, I searched for a printer close to our client. Alas, the clouds parted and a ray of sunshine lit up my Yelp page!! There's a Minuteman in Boardman!! I knew upon my first call with them I made the right choice. Elainey kindly listened to my plight and was ready to jump in and help. Over the past week, myself and my team have worked closely with her and Tom to make sure this next run was PERFECT. They went as far as to print multiple proofs for me & took snapshots with their phone so I could rest assured that I would be delivering a perfect product to my client. (Who does that?!) They never seemed rushed, although I know they are busy. They always listened, although I know I talked too much. They are great people running a great business and I think you've found your printer!! I know I have!! I'm not even kidding.
