So, I won an item in an auction, which uses this UPS store to ship. The price to ship was $42.44,…read morewhich is more expensive than the price of the item itself. What are you gonna do? Anyhow, I got my box two days later, which was great, but I was so disappointed that my item was sticking out of the box! This is a company that packs and ships for a living... and my item was sticking out of the box! Vintage! Irreplaceable! Thankfully, the item isn't terribly fragile, and having never seen it before, I don't know if the scratches on it are due to the poor packaging, or if they were lovingly earned from being 65+ years old? I'll never know, but I do know that chances are very slim I'll ever participate in this particular auction again because of this service.

Where do I start? This goes into the top five worst experiences of my 23 years being alive. I…read moresimply needed a document scanned and emailed. That simple task took 40 minutes for the incompetent individual to manage to accomplish. You may be asking yourself, "What could possibly take so long to do this simple task?" Well the brain dead lady spelled the word property, "prorerty" within the email. The funniest part is that the email was written down on a piece of paper and she didn't even catch the error. I'd still be standing there staring at her if I didn't demand to go behind the desk and look at how she was spelling it. It doesn't end there though. After I corrected her error she said the email didn't send. After 15 minutes of her walking around doing anything but trying to figure out what the issue you was, I asked her if she refreshed her email...she didn't know she had to do that. I completely understand why she has these signs by her desk, since these errors must occur on a daily occasion. A trained monkey could do her job better.

If you are in search of a top-notch printer with even better customer service, look no further. As…read morea business owner myself, I know one thing for sure: loyal customers are not earned through smooth sailing, but how we rise to meet difficult challenges. I brought a print job to Tom and Elainey last week. It wasn't an easy one, being that I'm located in Austin, Texas and our client is near Boardman. We used our local Minuteman here in Austin (they are great) to run 2500 8-page brochures only to realize too late that there were mistakes. Yep. That means I'm paying out of my own pocket for the "re-run." Rather than shoulder the shipping costs again, I searched for a printer close to our client. Alas, the clouds parted and a ray of sunshine lit up my Yelp page!! There's a Minuteman in Boardman!! I knew upon my first call with them I made the right choice. Elainey kindly listened to my plight and was ready to jump in and help. Over the past week, myself and my team have worked closely with her and Tom to make sure this next run was PERFECT. They went as far as to print multiple proofs for me & took snapshots with their phone so I could rest assured that I would be delivering a perfect product to my client. (Who does that?!) They never seemed rushed, although I know they are busy. They always listened, although I know I talked too much. They are great people running a great business and I think you've found your printer!! I know I have!! I'm not even kidding. I'm trying to figure out how I can continue to use them remotely... lol Thank you Minuteman Boardman!! Your Austin fans love you!!

This is a long review but I encourage anyone considering this company to read carefully. This…read morecompany is basically out to rip people off. I asked for a garage full of stuff to be taken away and was given a price of $884. Seemed a bit high but agreed just to get rid of the stuff. I next asked what the cost would be to remove a large TV from my basement as well as clear out a shed. I was told that would be an additional $550. Again, seemed high but I agreed. The guys worked for about an hour and a half and I was told that they would return the next day to finish the job. I was not around on the second day but when I did return to the house, I noticed that everything from the previous day still remained in my garage and they had only removed the tv and two other items. I called in to someone named Nick who proceeded to tell me that they removed everything I was quoted for and that it would cost me another charge to remove the rest. So not only did the $884 cover what they told me it would, I was charged an additional $550 for a tv, old wooden wheel barrow, and a small shredder! What a scam. I stood there with one of the workers, Chad or Jason, and clearly explained and showed what needed to go and agreed to their price. Unfortunately for me, I paid them for everything on the first day so it was really easy to rip me off. I would caution anyone using this company to ask to see all of their photos before agreeing to anything. The people who come out to quote the work take pics and must send them in to their boss. They then use those pics to prove what they took. Never was I shown any photos but all I heard from Nick was that they took everything in the pics. So even though I said to take EVERYTHING as I showed these guys what I wanted done, the pics they took apparently only matched up to about 1/2 of the actual items. I guess it's a pretty good scam as long as you can get people paying up front. My bad for being such a sucker.
