I called the Apple store 25 miles away to make an appointment, but the phone was never answered. Three, now four, hours ago a friend told me about Experimac and her intent to visit the store regarding her Mac laptop. I called and was told Experimac could replace the iPhone battery, would not require an appointment, would take about 20 minutes and could be done today.
