I had very specific needs and a budget. I told Kyle what I wanted over the phone he was sure he had options. I walked in the store, introduced myself and told him my application. He comes back in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed at my price point. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less! I spent 30 minutes at a big box store trying to explain to them I needed a very basic machine, they just couldn't grab the concept. I had a problem with my HP hinges and they "Frankensteined" it together long enough for me to get through my last semester of school. Then when it showed it was not going to work I purchased a computer off of them. It kept giving me a blue screen and rebooting it was awful and irritating. I took it back several times. They kept trying things to figure out what was wrong. When we finally gave up on it Kyle got me another computer better than the one I had purchased to replace it, since manufacturing was behind with COVID I couldn't get an exact replacement for over a month. The phone we brought in was unrepairable (went through a box crusher). We dropped it off at the shop and they looked at it. They replaced the phone screen, camera lens, and a wiring issue in an hour! Just about everything worked great when we got it back. Unfortunately, an area around the SIM was too badly destroyed (box crusher) to activate the phone to make calls (I learned later from my carrier). So I brought the phone back the next day. Once they heard about the issue. They partially refunded me while giving us a new battery for our other phone. The people who work here are very helpful.
