Jason immediately became defensive and said: "Why would I put a dent in your MacBook Pro ". I have pictures proving there was no dent before I dropped it off to them. This company needs to be held accountable for their errors. I am contacting the BBB! In speaking with Jermaine I determined that my best bet going forward would be an iMac. Fortunately they had just what I needed, with lots of memory and storage. They moved everything from my laptop to the iMac which made for a seamless transition. The refurbished 2017 machine is working beautifully. I really appreciated the discount for parts given to me for the old MacBook. In the last year I also purchased my Apple TV setup and a battery for my iPhone X. These people are seriously into good customer service and make it possible for more people to afford Apple products.
