So they took it back to the shop and had it diagnosed, repaired and returned within a week. My baby is back on the wall and 100%!! I would not put this TV into just anyone's hands - and Philip's rep proceeded him - and for good reason. I could not be happier with the professionalism and work he (and his crew) did. Not only that- the price was so reasonable, I thought maybe they missed something! I cannot speak highly enough. I am glad that Philip and MVP are now in my rolodex.
