I made the drive over, and when I entered the store I was immediately stopped by a guy asking what I was there for. When I told him, he "escorted" me to the phone cases and pointed out the one I had shown him on my phone. I asked if I could see it, as pictures on a website are sometimes deceptive. His answer? "You can look at it all you want once you buy it"! Okay then. Well, I was pretty sure it would work since it was from the phone manufacturer, so, in spite of the steep price, I went ahead and purchased it. Once out in the car, I found that it didn't protect the camera lenses (?!). Given that, I turned around and went back into the store to return it. I got through the front door without being stopped, but when I got in the return line, the same guy came over and started harassing me for returning it. I've been considering getting a new television, and my experience with returning a TV to a Best Buy while living in Arizona had already made me put Best Buy at the bottom of the list for sources. This experience with something as minor as a phone case confirmed my opinion. There is no way I would ever even consider buying a TV from this company. I will never again even pass through their doors. Best Buy has a motto that "the customer is always wrong". Why deal with such an organization?

He then called one child (11) disgusting on three occasions for coughing (with their mouth covered) as a result of a chronic, asthmatic cough. Per police, this isn't the first complaint against this employee. A week later and the employee is still working there. Absolutely appalling from a company that references acting with integrity multiple times on their code of ethics for employees.

Ordered them on a Monday afternoon and the install team got it all done on Wednesday. I thought I might have been able to do this myself. After watching the three pros mount the TV on the wall after installing two gang boxes and clean up all the wires, I was blown away. The final step was optimization of the sound and pumping up the rear surrounds which were always a bit light based on the factory settings. They also made the most of my cable universal remote and renamed the HDMI inputs so it is much more user friendly. The wall paint match on the speaker screens completed on the same day was the icing on the cake!

He told me it would be ready in '10 minutes' (really? why did you need it for a month?). I ended up waiting an hour and half and he said he needed more time and it would be ready on Saturday. I told him I would be there first thing in the morning. I show up and IT STILL WASN'T DONE! I gave him a half hour and got my Kindle back with a very half-arsed repair that I could have done myself. His story is crowded with electronic trash and waste, smells like cat urine and has cats running around the 'store'. Really it looks like an episode of 'Hoarders'. Do yourself a favor...DON'T TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP. You will regret it!!!!!
