The first time was when I unknowingly put thermal paste underneath my CPU and ruined my motherboard. So after I purchased a new motherboard, I was still having issues with the PC. I took it back to RizTech and they were able to fix all the issues that I was having. They are amazing people, and are very tech-savvy. Not to mention it's a small business! Came in with an Iphone 12 that was had a broken camera, destroyed back plate, and a malfunctioning…read moredisplay. Was truthful in telling me that it was not worth saving as it would cost hundreds of dollars for parts alone. Had a Iphone 13 I bought for ~350$ and they did a data transfer and gifted me a free phone case out of good will. The best technicians to do it in Medina for sure.
