The quality of the service is great. The price - let's just say people are shocked to learn how little it costs. Apparently she's good with numbers, but if you give a monkey a calculator, he could do a better job than this lady and probably be much more polite. The technicians that come to your house are great. I'm sure they hear complaints about this woman often. I was advised to ask for the other person if I have to call again. I was also told that this lady's rudeness was due to the fact that she has to deal with customers all day long regarding their bills and their service issues.

We got our new house re-keyed yesterday. Having never done this before, and with the dearth of…read morereviews for locksmiths anywhere on the intertubes, we didn't know who to go with. Sean did some calling around and found that Duman was BY FAR the cheapest for what we needed to have done. I was leery because 'cheapest' often means 'crappiest' in my experience. But for lack of a better plan, we booked an appointment. They were able to come out on Monday after booking only on the previous Thursday which was very convenient. The technician was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He was at our house for right around 2 hours and did a great job. Total of 9 locks (including deadbolts and knobs) with new keys for under 200 bucks! I found this very reasonable. We paid by personal check at time of service but they may be able to bill you or take cards, not sure. Would definitely recommend Duman if you need some lock service.

The locksmith drilled new holes into the door frame to insert the metal frame and box for the deadbolt. It has been difficult to get the deadbolt to slide into the door frame, and now it will not slide in at all. I am unable to lock my door. It is evening, and I can not secure the door for the night. I called Duman Lock and Key twice, and they do not respond. Their price was very high for the locks and installation, and now they will not respond to fix the problem that they caused. I am not able to be safe in my own home tonight because I can not secure my door. I do not recommend using this company because they did not do the job right, and now will not send someone to fix the problem.
