I purchased the laptop from Best Buy and added insurance but my only option with them was to have Best Buy take my machine and ship it to their service center, to be returned to me in 6-8 weeks. Yeah um, as a consultant, that's hardly an option. Joe had me up and running within a few hours and even provided a loaner so I could in the meantime. Happy to support a local business and grateful the process was smooth. Hoping I don't need to return for anymore tech assistance but won't hesitate to do so.
