Can't recommend Nick's service enough! He really helped get my new gaming PC up and running within just a few days and was very kind.

I was very excited about Target visit and was looking forward to buying a spring dress for an…read moreoccasion. I was really disappointed with my visit to this Target location. The store was an absolute mess - clothes were scattered all over the floor, with racks looking half-empty and unorganized. The problem wasn't just in one area, it was all over the place. Clothes just laying on the floor or scattered on shelves. Shoes fallen off shelves and scattered on the floor. Dresses that were hanging were very wrinkled. It felt like walking through a clearance sale after a stampede. I have never seen anything like this at any Target or really any store. It discouraged me from buying any clothes because I wasn't confident that I wouldn't wear something laying on the floor for days. I stopped by the sales area at the front of the store and was looking at pickleball themed accessories. Then I noticed some motion around me. That was an employee who threw a bandana back into its box right in front of my face. That was seriously strange. In general, it felt like the employees at the store were exhausted and discouraged. To make matters worse, the floral section was just sad. Out of all days on Mother's Day. Most of the flowers were wilted, with some bouquets looking like they'd been left out for days past their prime. Few good observations about the store. The store had really cute weekend bags. Very cute fall-like colors, all sizes. At the front of the store there is a pretty extensive Cleveland and Ohio Sports section. You can find t-shirts, baby clothes, and other fun stuff. I usually count on Target for a clean, well-stocked shopping experience, but this location clearly isn't being managed properly. It gave off a neglected vibe that made me want to leave rather than browse. Hoping this was just an off day, but based on what I saw, it might be a pattern.

I visit many targets. I am always happy to walk in and notice the cleanliness of the stores. The…read moreteam do take pride in their store. I never have trouble location things. And on the slight occasion I have trouble. The staff member is able to help me very quickly.

Not too sure about this place. They don't have but 1 wireless G router in stock - very strange…read more Oh, and that one router costs $69.00 whereas I can get it at other retailers for $39.99! Can you say ripoff? They have a website too, but who sells 56K modems? They don't have wireless N routers yet? Is this shop a front for some other scandalous business? Also, bought two used routers here, neither one worked consistently. This place seems shady. I think the owner sits in the back of the building watching the store via several security cameras. You can see an elaborate spying room from the street. Also, when I went in the shop, they said, "Hello", but didn't help me. I had to interrupt their conversation to get some help. When I finally asked my question, they said, 'yeah, they're on the other side over there" and pointed to a section of the store, but didn't bother to try to make a sale. Instead, they pretended I wasn't there. Once I found what I was looking for, I stood at the checkout for like 30 seconds before they acknowledged my existence. The router I bought doesn't work and it has the wrong power supply. Also, no returns on used items, which stinks. The prices are high, not sure why. They have old stuff. I'll not return.

Oh man, when I walked into DC Parts I didn't know what to think. The store was musty and old-ish…read more When I looked at the specs on some of the laptops I had to hold in laughter. Think 1999. Only about a third of the laptops (and as far as I can tell NONE of the desktops) had built in wireless, and you'd be hard pressed to find anything at all in the store with more than 1 Gigabyte of RAM. (Hint: It's because all of their machines use 256 MB sticks of it) I regret to say that I did indeed buy a desktop from there. I figured, "I can recycle my old parts and have an OK machine, I think". I opened up my old desktop and removed everything usable; the Hard Drive, the RAM, and the Graphics Card. "Awesome," I thought, "Let's open this one up." I did, and guess what? There was no PCI-E slot. So that ruled out the Graphics Card. The RAM slots were DDR... 1. OK, goodbye RAM. The motherboard did not support my HDD, since my HDD was not created before I was. And indeed, the previous reviewer was right, the owner does, in fact, sit in the back of the store doing very little. Whether or not he monitors the poor souls he calls his customers is unbeknownst to me. My bet is that if you open up the bible, in the old testament, DC Parts is mentioned. The technology they sell is certainly old enough. Just make the trip to Best Buy.
