Normally I defer to Apple direct for issues like this, I took the recommendation from Apple's site as a solid endorsement and scheduled my visit. I was pleased to find a same-day appointment available and dropped off around noon. I was pleasantly greeted and hung out while they performed a basic diagnostic. When it confirmed only the battery replacement was necessary I took my receipt and headed home. How pleased was I to have a call the next day at 2:00 telling me my computer was ready for pick up! Rather than addressing his own lack of technical knowledge he began blaming and berating the previous provider and everyone else involved. Needless to say, we are now hosting with a professional company, who completed all the transfers within an hour! Weldon PC does not have sufficient technical skills for business support or anything beyond basic skills. Beware!
