I went through all the proper steps of getting rid of them when returning home - freezing my shoes, luggage, etc. for days, washing all clothes immediately... however a few days later, panicked, I found 2 bugs under my mattress skirt. I called at least 10 different places to try to get someone out that day - lots of the bigger pest companies were a day or more out and most charged for a house visit. I'm so glad I called Bedbug BBQ and talked to Vicki. She could tell I was panicking and was able to coordinate with Chris to have him come out that day. Chris was immediately able to identify the bugs and thankfully they were not in fact bedbugs. He was very kind and sympathetic, helped me check our mattresses to confirm we were bedbug free. I'm sure other companies would have charged for the visit or suggested some kind of treatment just to make it worth their while. Chris on the other hand, wouldn't take any money for the visit. I'm so thankful I didn't have an emergency this time around but if I ever do, I know who to call.
