First off, I've been working in the tech…read moreindustry for almost 20 years, have built computers from scratch in the past, and currently spend the majority of my working day on a computer. Bottom line, I'm very familiar with computers and the problems that might be encountered. Recently my daughter's laptop 'died' on her. I'm pretty confident that I could have diagnosed and fixed the laptop myself, but working with computers all day, I felt it was a better use of my time to have someone else look at. I did a Google Search, found EZ Tech Computers near where I lived, and after reading the reviews, gave them a call and ended up dropping off the laptop with them. EZ Tech Computers quickly diagnosed and fixed the laptop, and over-delivered in terms of "time to fix". The entire experience, from the initial phone call to the now working laptop was fantastic! The diagnosis and options for fixing the laptop were presented to me in a professional, "no bs" type of way. I never disclosed my tech knowledge, and still never felt like i was being taken advantage of or being talked down to. Great customer service. Great expertise & knowledge. Very fair pricing.

I was skeptical it could be fixed. I called around for prices, and FastFix had the best. As soon as I told Neil what was going on with my phone, he knew how to fix it. I was planning on running errands while he fixed my phone, but ended up locking my keys in my truck. Neil was extremely easy going and friendly.
