In March of 2026 I bought a pair of Dahlquest DQ10 speakers. I took them home and after listening…read moreto them they sounded as I remembered them, I owned a new pair in 1980. The only problem was the woofers did not sound correct. I took the cover off and noticed the woofers needed re foamed, a frequent problem. The DQ10's have 5 drivers in them and a complicated crossover system. The woofer is a popular 10" Advent, masonite front, mounted in a 12" frame. The woofers foam has a reverse roll, unique to the DQ-10. When I received the woofers I noticed the foam was installed incorrectly. When I brought this to Micheal's attention, he told me they are correct and that was the way the re cone kit came. If so then he ordered the incorrect kit. He told me if I wanted them reversed, I would have to pay for it. There was also a problem with his rebuild of the crossover. I have provided a picture of the crossover problem. I cannot recommend Orban Audio and will never use him in the future.

I could except that for a repair are you telling me place that repairs amplifiers can't even do a general diagnostic evaluation on an amplifier for god sake?? Then finally after two months I called to just tell them I wanted to come pick up my amp and take it someplace else and their response was "we are out on the road for a week with the some band but we'll see if we can find anybody to let you in to the store so you can get your amplifier." what a joke this place is. They have no business whatsoever advertising home audio equipment repair. The only thing I got for my money was excuse after excuse about why they had done nothing and a bunch of BS. They could not even provide me a guess what might be wrong with it based upon a bench evaluation by one of their techs. It is really hard to find audio equipment repair shops nowadays as everything is disposable but I can tell you this, Pro Sound certainly isn't one of them! Stay away if you need stereo repair.

Paid Terkk $149 to run a diagnostic check on my computer that would no longer recognize new printer…read moreafter working for a week. Was told there was nothing wrong with computer. Replaced new printer which computer would not recognize. Replaced printer with different brand and computer wouldn't recognize. Called printer support line and watched them online find the computer issue in systems dropdown box in less than a half hour. Printer connection was disabled. Once they enabled the issue computer immediately connected. Employee who had my computer for a couple days didn't even own that he made a mistake but tried making excuses. When I paid my bill he had an invoice that I never saw but did get a verification of pymt. When asking to see invoice he couldn't find it making excuses. After asking him to print a new receipt which stated $149 for diagnostic check confirmed I will no longer use them

**Consumer Warning**…read more Do NOT go here to get your phone repaired. I went to the kiosk to get my phone repaired on a for a assumably lower price. It was less than $10 cheaper than apple so I was very surprised by the high price. I hesitantly paid the fee and took a walk around for the ten minutes it took to repair. When it was done I was pleasantly surprised at first! The man who serviced me was very polite and my iPhone looked brand new! But then not even a week later I was sitting on my back patio doing work on my iPad, I picked up my phone to reply to a text and once I finished I sat it back down and pulled out my lighter and pack of cigarettes as I was lighting it I dropped my lighter onto the phone (keep in mind I'm still siting on the wood of the patio, I'm only 5'10 so in my crosslegged position it was not a far drop at all) so the lighter falls onto the phone and leaves a spider web crack on the device.
