The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. The guys took a look at it, and long story short, it couldn't be fixed. While I was devastated, the guys there treated me very fairly. Kudos to Matt! They saw my disappointment and only charged me the diagnostic fee. I would not hesitate to take a computer there again for a repair.
