Saturday, my phone is still freezing and to my shock and surprise, the back of the phone was cracked again. I brought it back at 1pm, not even 24 hours after picking it up. I called about 4:30 to see if it was ready and was told he had to order a part and I couldn't get my phone until Monday. Well, excuse me but did I say it's okay to keep my phone until Monday? I certainly did not. He claimed he called my husband, that's a lie. No missed call, no voicemail. He said the other guy who worked on my phone "used the wrong glue", whatever that means, and then literally in the same sentence accused ME of cracking my phone! I told him put my phone back together, I'm coming to get it. He's a terrible person to deal with. ZERO customer service skills. These reviews literally have to be his friends and family. THE BEST PART IS 8PM, MY ENTIRE PHONE SCREEN IS NOW BLINKING BRIGHT GREEN AND I CAN'T GET IT TO STOP. NOW MY PHONE IS COMPLETELY UNUSEABLE. There were even a couple of times where Joel took the time to trouble shoot and ultimately fix whatever the issue was and then offer no charge. Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. As a thank you, I always tipped him. Yesterday I had to jump through hoops just to try to fix my phone and to buy a new phone. It was very stressful and annoying.
