November 27, 2018 I took my MacBook Pro in for a screen repair. I was trying to avoid Apple's exorbitant prices. Yet, somehow I accepted an upfront charge of $533.37 for a new screen at Paradigm. After several days I called to check on the status of my laptop and was told that the new screen was coming from China and it wasn't in yet. This went on for weeks. Finally, in mid January I was told my computer was ready. Yes, the screen was now intact, but new problems arose... Remember in the old days of computers when they told you not to leave a certain picture on your screen too long or it would get etched in? Apparently, someone in China was into anime. Most of my $2,000+ laptop has a screen with barely distinguishable images all over it. The bottom left looks like a phantom cartoon person with astonished eyes and a mouth open in shock. Plus, every so often the screen separates from the backing at the top revealing the lights within. I am able to press it back together. I contacted them in January. No response. I have considered following through with more action, but I really don't want to deal with this company anymore. I have purchased a new laptop and let children use the old one. read more

2018-03-13 UPDATE I just spoke with Chris moments ago, and he has agreed to pay me the amount due within 20 days. Approximately April 1, 2018. Apparently, he was in therapy and missed all of his emails and messages, which were being handled by another officer of the company. 2018-03-12 Original I, and several other local technicians were contracted by Chris Wilson of Paradigm, in January 2018, to assist in installing low voltage cable, (i.e running Ethernet cable. I worked several days, evenings and early mornings, weekdays and weekends for an agreed upon rate. I supervised other technical and general contractors, I was personally told that I did a great job, I received accolades (@ABoys) which were emailed to me by Chris, and I was repeatedly called back to continue to work on the project. I figured Paradigm would honor their agreement and pay as they had agreed. NOT! As the project progressed, I was suspicious of their business viability, and ability to pay for services rendered. As a result, I had them make incremental payments. After their last incremental, I should have walked away. But my business acumen compelled me to do a great job and help them finish the project and get paid. They didn't keep their word, I did the job, I took pictures, and they stiffed me out of $512!! Today is March 13th and I have not been paid, and they are not returning my emails or calls. read more

If you are considering this guy, run, don't walk in the opposite direction. We made the mistake of having him attempt a repair on a computer after he told us he was better than the other guy we were considering. Needed pc back in a week. He took a large deposit to order parts. 8 wks later still no parts. Cancelled repair but had to threaten to call police to get pc back. He indicated he would return deposit. Over 6 months still not returned. Now considering court action! In a world full of good business people we obviously did not find one of those. 1 star is too generous. read more

Chris is a great tech! He did excellent work on my install for me. We've had to go back a few times for reasons outside of what we did onsite, but he was always very accommodating and worked with my clients requested schedule. I hope to have a lot more work for him in the very near future! read more

Please, please do not do business with Christopher Wilson dba Paradigm IT Network. He ripped me off to the tune of $150 and he stole one of the two laptops I brought to him to repair. He partly serviced my ASUS correctly, but stonewalled me from getting my vintage Compaq back. I inquired several times but he stopped taking and returning my calls. Mr. Wilson should not be in business. I'll add I made the mistake of paying in advance for his work. He being a veteran I thought he would be honest. It just wasn't the case. read more
