TL, DR: If your device needs a hardware fix, take it here if you like your service to be fast, friendly, effective and at a very reasonable and believable price. This place has been my go-to any time I have a hardware issue with any of my tech. A few years ago, I had a laptop that I used extremely heavily, and this place opened up right after I got a big crack in my screen. I took it in, and they gave me a quote after working with me to find a replacement screen and showing me exactly what price they were going to pay for the replacement hardware. They had my laptop looking like new after just a little while and for way less than some other places I looked at going to. Months later, the hinges on my laptop broke and the thing was in two pieces because of how much I used it. Once again, they had it working like new in no time. As far as I'm concerned, they added a solid 2 years to that laptop's life. Today, I took a different laptop in because the screen was cracked and the display was unusable (judge me if you will). While I was there, I mentioned that the charging port on my phone felt loose and would make charging very difficult. The guy took my phone into the back room and cleaned it out, which was all it needed. No charge. I suppose a less honest place could have taken advantage of me. I got my screen repaired at a store close the where I lived. One week after I got it back the repair was less then perfect. It didn't recognize the tap, or it would respond unexpectedly. A replacement part needed to get ordered, but I would not be home to get it fixed when the part arrived so I decided to wait until I got home. While I was away, the screen got more unresponsive and I NEED my phone for work. I brought it to this store. The part was ordered, but did not arrive in the three days it was expected. The part was ordered again. A week later, my phone was finally repaired. For the extended wait, the technician offered a service for free that would have costed $29.99. Ok. I'm happy. A week later, the screen fell off and I was no longer in Cleveland. So to honor the warranty in an area where there was no Computer Repair Doctor, he offered to pay for the repair at a shop of his choosing that was close to me! Thank you! My phone is working great and I thank you for honoring your warranty WITHOUT HASSLE. If all of the franchises are this good, I will only use you guys and if I am in the Cleveland area again with a problem I will definitely call on you. read more

I went into Computer Repair Doctor, when my African Grey Parrot, named Greycie, decided to eat the keys off of my laptop. I asked to see the best surgeon, since I the injury to my computer was severe. I was greeted by Alex, who said, "Don't worry, we can save your laptop. It's not a life and death emergency. So let us schedule an elective surgery. We need to order the correct keyboard for your laptop. Give us a week to do that, and we should have your computer up and running like new. " Well, the Doctor came through. After checking on the price for the part, he called me and told me when to expect the operation to take place. Everything went pretty much as scheduled and the result was that my computer works and functions great. In fact, I don't remembering it functioning so well before. Best Place Ever! My laptop wouldn't turn on but the lights on the side were on. I took it to a place right before going here to the Computer Repair Doctor (only because they weren't open yet) and the guy had no idea what was wrong and wanted to charge me $120 minimum to take it apart. They were willing to take on a complex repair and restoration project for my vintage MP3 player: replace the rechargeable battery, replace the hard drive with a solid state drive, load the software back on to the new SSD AND put my music collection back on it, too.
