This is extremely frustrating for me as I feel like you are taking my money and trying to scam me. My original phone screen, which had been cracked in September, worked perfectly it just did not look perfect. Last Friday, your technician Mustafa came and switched it out. In exchange I got a screen that was dark, had dead spots where it did not recognize my touch at all, was unable to distinguish between pressure touches, and would often not work at all so I was forced to restart my screen. Furthermore, the technician was extremely late, and had a very unprofessional set up. Mike came on Monday to replace. He was much more professional and knowledgeable. His set up came off as very prepared. But, my screen is still having issues. Now, when I touch one area of the screen, another area thinks it's been touched. It is also inappropriately sensitive to touch, and when I'm scrolling on a screen it thinks I'm clicking items. It is unable to distinguish between holding my finger down and tapping. Your company has done me a disservice. I was better off with my cracked screen. I understand that no replacement screen will be as good as the original, but they should not be this bad. I turned in a guarantee form yesterday and no one has gotten back to me (in comparison to the first form sent in, which was answered practically immediately). I was willing to try a third time but the inability of your techs to provide a quality service and product has me regretting this. I can't get my original screen back, but I want my money back.
