I highly reccommend them to anyone. Bob was fantastic. He located the issues with my laptop ( too many antivirus programs) and fixed it within 2 days. We talked about possible issues and what solutions he could do. He could have told me that I needed a new hard drive and charged me a ton, but he was very honest and was able to fix it and save all my folders on my desktop. Found this gem while looking online for projector rentals. They were able to get me a high quality projector just in time for a holiday weekend to do movie nights for the neighborhood. he price was very reasonable as well. After an unfortunate incident the projector was damaged and instead of charging me full price they just charged me the repair cost. Rob was awesome about it and even gave me a free rental for the inconvenience. I highly recommend them for projector rentals!!!! read more

I found Digital One by doing a Google search for a projector in Baltimore to play a slide show for our wedding. I was a little reluctant to rent here at first because it wasn't in Maryland and the prices were so much lower than what other businesses asked for I assumed there was a catch. I worked with Bobby and we talked about the products and made me feel comfortable with renting from his family's business. In the end shipping and returning were very easy. I needed a 100ft long Ethernet cable immediately. Best Buy and Microcenter wanted upwards of $60 for one and Best Buy didn't even have it in stock. So, I googled for computer stores in Mentor and Digital One came up. They had the item I needed in stock and it was under $30! Woot! Digital One customer service is the best a consumer could ask for. I spilled water on my laptop and needed a new rental one very fast. They did express shipping and the laptop arrived on my doorstep. I did not have to deal with the hassle of going to an overpriced place in New York and standing in line. Plus, when you call you immediately are greeted by a polite, friendly human being instead of an automated robot. The prices are better than those in New York so I saved some money, which is always a great bonus. They were even kind enough to send me the UPS tracking number so I knew when to expect the computer. Very nice, top-notch customer service. Highly recommended and will use again if ever I ruin another laptop (though hopefully, I won't!!)
