MOTOPHOTO is the place to go for fingerprinting and passport photos! I went with two friends here to get our BCI FBI background checks and we were able to be helped quickly by Sean, who was great. The process to make an appointment for the background checks was straightforward online and the pricing for it was the best in the area. The passport photo was also cheaper to have done than at CVS. For both we were attended to immediately and finished within 10 minutes of starting. The store had a pleasant ambience when I went with its plentiful but organized stock and quiet music in the background. They also had custom framing and other photo services but I didn't try those, though I'm sure they would've been smooth experiences as well. This place is a little gem and I'd recommend it for anybody who wants an easy, quick experience with fingerprinting or photo needs. read more

I was in need of a background check for work. Fortunately, MotoPhoto is a fieldprint location that allows individuals to get BCI FBI background checks, as well as an array of other services related to fingerprinting. The process was quite simple. I scheduled an appointment online and completed all of the paperwork online, including where I wanted the results sent. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and assisted in completing the fingerprinting process, after my identification was verified. The whole process took all of 10 minutes, which was a nice change of pace. I've gone to the BMV before for fingerprinting and the process always took between 30 min to 1 hr. Unfortunately, I don't have any knowledge of how well MotoPhoto does with portraits and photography. However, based on my experience, I'd recommend for your fingerprinting needs. read more

Went to the photo studio to get some pictures taken. Everything went great. A plus for the experience, especially given we had 4 small kids there. Now, onto the huge minus. Apparently, you don't get a CD with all your pictures. I had to special request it through the owner. When the CD arrived, it only had the 13 pictures that we bought and the resolution was so tiny, it wasn't even usable as a screen saver. So we shelled out $300 for 13 pictures (x3) and no CD. Should have gone to Portrait Innovations, where I get the CD for free, without a gigantic hassle. read more

After an online company made a mistake with an order, I found myself with only 12 hours until a competition deadline and out of state with no options! I found Motophoto through a google search and Randy ended up saving the day. He was able to get my photograph printed, framed with a custom cut mat and even packaged safely for the drive to it's destination for me in a matter of hours. I was amazed at my pictures they are GREAT quality even on the site where they let you see the proofs! I can't wait to get the prints! I also see that you can order more prints from the site! A great plus. I'm sure my family will be beating my door down for copies. My daughter is very shy and she cooperated with the photographer and I was amazed by the outcome of the photos, he got her in the few seconds that she smiled. She smiles a lot but is really shy. I made an appointment at Motophoto for my daughters senior pictures. I was called 3 weeks later and the appointment was canceled because they did not know the photographer was on an assignment shooting a wedding as a freelance photographer. I was mad because the whole day was arranged with hair appointment. S, I changed the appointment with mot photo for the following week and I was able to change the hair appointment. 2 people at Motophoto told me that matching the high schools background color requirement was no problem. From start to finish hair and pictures cost about $320. and 4 hours. I went to pick up pictures and was told that they could not send the senior picture to the high school because they could not get the background color. I asked to be compensated for the money I spent on the stylist because we had to go to another studio and redo the pictures. They refused. I was offered a print of her senior picture. I was told that they usually it usually cost to get it. I responded that it does me no good because I can't use it and we still have to redo senior pictures. When I was talking to the photographer and mark at the store the photographer apologized for his error about the ability to get the correct backround color. Mark told him to be quiet. Mark said "we did not make a mistake" His behavior was immature. For example he was yelling at me and I asked him to stop. He said that he just talked loud because his father talked loud. I told him that his behavior was unprofessional . I told him that I would try and go to small claims court. He told me I was vindictive. Shame on this store for having people that are sarcastic and yell. Shame on this store for not taking responsibility for the error Now I am out time and money. Most of all my daughter is disappointed and anxious about taking pictures again. read more
