I just left there looking for one thing to come out a half an hour later. The staff tried hard to find me what I needed but the manufacture did not have. That was probably 10 minutes of my time. The rest was conversation on travel and photography. Pixel connection usually will have a seminar or a photo walk going on. They want you to get the most out of your camera and enjoy photography in general. They don't care if you are a budding professional or a parent who wants to shoot their own family pics. This is what I meant by living for photography. Stop in and say hello. They have new and used equipment. Always a specialist around to answer the difficult questions. If not they will get back to you.

Avoid passport photo services at this store. I visited…read morespecifically to get a passport photo for an expedited renewal, assuming a store advertising this service would have the proper tools and trained staff. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. A week after submitting my application, I received a letter stating the photo did not meet requirements--specifically, the face size wasn't within the required 1 to 1 3/8 inches (attached). I returned to the store to request a retake or a refund. They assured me they could take a compliant photo, but after 20 minutes and six failed attempts, they still couldn't get it right. They seemed unsure how far the camera should be from my face, and their equipment didn't allow them to digitally zoom or resize the image. The face size was either too small or too large every time. Eventually, they offered a refund. I ended up going to CVS, where I could take the photo on my phone, and their system resized it correctly. They even provided a certificate verifying the photo met passport standards. Unfortunately, the expedited fee I paid for the passport processing was wasted, and I had to pay again to mail a new photo. It's shocking that a store offering a "professional" passport photo service can't deliver a basic, compliant image.

At a friend's suggestion, as someone who is new to Cricut, I decided to stop by Crafter's Wholesale…read moreSuperstore. I was immediately impressed with their selection of vinyls and blanks including shirts, mugs, masks etc. The prices were fantastic as well! The owners were lovely and took time to answer all of my questions, showing me the difference between the different types of Heat Transfer Vinyl that they offer. As some of the other reviews said, the owner did not wear a mask. The reviews stating that she was unfriendly/unkind, and in my opinion were completely untrue. She was very helpful and kind during our visit. One other thing to note, I did struggle to understand the pricing of their products (the vinyl prices were visible but the blank pricing was not posted). They were eager to assist when I asked questions. My visit to Crafter's Warehouse Superstore was a good experience and I will definitely return soon.

Even with her additional products like shirts and stuff her mark up is low and by the time you pay for shipping from a wholesaler yourself depending on what you BEP is you're better served by keeping the money in the community!
