Within 45 minutes, with 3 other people in line, his iPhone was as good as new! The owner even added a free tempered glass screen to ensure that this wouldn't happen again! Who does that?? I grew up in Kent, but return to the area for holidays and other events to see my parents. My dad's phone had been malfunctioning for weeks when I returned home on one trip. Since Anthony open the place I've been bringing phone after phone iPad even Samsung galaxy tablets. He installs quality replacement parts that last and they're good is OEM if they're not OEM I believe they are but I've never had a failure. Excellent place to do business with he also does the recycling which is nice you don't have to look for a depot to take your old pc's and notebooks he takes it all. Wow! 10 minutes and $40 to get a new iPhone 6sPlus battery. Pleasant after the techs at Best Buy first made fun of my "really antique" phone. Yes, they had the battery, but it would talb24 hours and "something like $50" to fix it. Lesson? Buy local. iP3 does great work fast. read more

My daughter broke her phone screen a week before heading back to college. We found iP3 Repair on Yelp as the closest place to our house. He gave us a quote over the weekend. He was able to get the parts quickly and do the repair quickly. The price was reasonable. There was a problem with the first repair, the screen came loose. We took it back and he corrected it immediately and it hasn't been a problem since. If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would. The service was excellent and I enjoyed working with him. Anthony has provided me with wonderful service on too many occasions. He gives a frequent breaker discount to ease the pain and his service is always exceptional. My most recent screen repair was for my wifes iPad which he repaired promptly as usual. Sadly the glass had some defects and he honored his 30 day warranty and replaced it promptly and for free. The iPad is now working as new and we are again happy customers. Bryan has repaired a cracked iPhone 6S+ screen on a phone for a family member and replaced the battery on mine (as well as repairing a "bend" at the bottom of my phone that was caused from being in my back pocket). What a truly great business! Brian gave me great advice on how to troubleshoot my problem on my own. He saved me a bunch of money and didn't even want anything for the advice. It's very refreshing to deal with someone like this. He basically gave me the option to use his services for a hard drive transfer if I wanted to. No pressure, just good honest advice.
