Joel you are a great guy. This review goes out to you for dealing with me again. To catch everyone up my first time coming into the store was in January. I was the 7th customer ever. Now Joel and I have a mutual friend that lead me to that way from Barberton. The 30-minute drive was nothing compared to the kind helping customer service and education that Joel provided. I walked into the store not knowing what I was going to get or anything. But by the time I walked out I was an iPhone owner and boy did that make me feel cool.(; Always wanted the experience to see what the phone was about. And I got it, along with one of the cheapest iPhone plans available out of contract. So happy and pleased. But now let's move forwards in time to two weeks ago. Decided I wanted a new phone. Loved the iPhone just wanted to try something different. So I messaged Joel on Facebook messenger and within minutes he had me interested in the phone I have today. I took the drive there again And with smiles and positive vibes he welcomed me. The service took a while as the lady ahead of me idk what was going on but other then that I had an amazing experience again. Joel and Joe the new guy graciously brought me up to speed about the specs of the new phones and plans. As I gave them a current issue they gave me a plan that could solve it. I am sad that aha is no longer open. I am not at all tech savvy but I could go into aha with total trust and confidence that I would not be screwed over or taken advantage of. There were even a couple of times where Joel took the time to trouble shoot and ultimately fix whatever the issue was and then offer no charge. Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. As a thank you, I always tipped him. Yesterday I had to jump through hoops just to try to fix my phone and to buy a new phone. It was very stressful and annoying. I dropped my phone one day and the screen went blank. I took it to my provider and was told that i would have to buy a new phone. I heard about Aha! Wireless and figured I had nothing to lose so I took my phone to see if there was any hope at all for my phone.. Joel set me up with a phone 8 or 9 months ago at his store in Tallmadge and I tracked him down at his new place in Kent recently when I was having some problems with my carrier. I caused the problem, but he patiently got on the phone with customer service reps at the carrier and got the problem worked out.
