Fantastic guys. My beloved 75" Sony Z9D went down a few weeks ago. Luckily my AV guy had a name in his pocket - Philip at MVP. I called and Philip and I talked a bit to suss out what might be the issue. Philip sent someone (Sean) over to check it out to see if it could be repaired on site. (It could not). So they took it back to the shop and had it diagnosed, repaired and returned within a week. My baby is back on the wall and 100%!! I would not put this TV into just anyone's hands - and Philip's rep proceeded him - and for good reason. I could not be happier with the professionalism and work he (and his crew) did. Not only that- the price was so reasonable, I thought maybe they missed something! I cannot speak highly enough. I am glad that Philip and MVP are now in my rolodex. After LG authorized the repair to my OLED, MVP was contracted to do the job. MVP was in constant communication with me on the part status, delivery, and scheduling. When the part arrived, they were able to come the same day. They moved the TV, dismantled and installed the new screen, all in about an hour. I had a problem with my LG tv and they called MVP Electronics. It was a "free service" that cost me over $100. After several calls with LG they thought the tv needed a repair. I spoke with MVP several times and they thought there was a problem and it needed three parts. Once they came they said the parts weren't needed and I needed to pay for the call. I never called for a repair, LG did. I never diagnosed a problem I'm not a tv specialist, I watch tv. The repairman said he wouldn't leave until I paid him for the call. Keep in mind it was a warranty call started by LG and seconded by MVP. Don't buy LG TVs, they don't stand behind their product, it will cost you and the problem won't be solved! If you do buy LG, don't let MVP into your house! read more

I have a 52" Samsung TV that kept clicking -turning on and off. I went on-line and called Samsung Service. They provided two authorized Samsung locations in NE Ohio. I called the first service center closest, but they said to drop off the TV, and would not promise me to get to my TV for 3-4 work days. I then called Phillip at Mvp Electronics. I provided him the make and model # and he told me to bring it up from southeast of Canton. Philip gave a verbal estimate over the phone what he thought the problem was and how much it would cost to replace the control board from my information provided. The cost to replace the main control module was substantially less than what it would cost my wife and I to repair our existing TV with a new TV. So, after discussing with my significant other, I drove the 50 miles to their location in Cuyahoga Falls. Upon arrival, they helped me carefully take my TV out of my truck. Within 20 minutes they performed a diagnostic test. As anticipated, the control board diodes had gone bad on the main power supply board. They showed me the old Power Supply Board (diodes looked like miniaturized Size D batteries that had expanded). I gave them verbal authorization and they replaced the power supply board. They Bench tested it for a couple minutes, adjusted color, intensity and other. I took it home that same day! They told me that the new control board had a 1 year warranty. I then plugged it in and it has been performing admirably ever since. So, I received a verbal estimate, took it up, they checked it out (while I waited), put in a new control board. Their personnel treated me with respect and provided informative and professional courtesy. They provided great service, explained what needed repaired before doing anything to the TV. I was able to make an intelligent cost effective decision, without getting ripped off. I recommend Mvp Electronics highly! read more

I have a 49" LG tv and lost everything over Christmas. They came out and within an hour not only had it operating with a new motherboard, but walked me through some steps to navigate as well as resetting everything up. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Phillip at MVP Electronics! He called ahead of time so that I would know when to expect him (instead of waiting around for hours!), knew exactly what the issue was (trouble keeping a LG TV connected to the internet) and advised exactly what we needed to do. He then stayed on the phone with me while I called my internet provider so that he could use his expert knowledge to let them know what he needed them to do in order for everything to work properly. He confirmed that everything updated properly before he left. He was knowledgeable about the technical side of the issue - but more importantly to me, he was kind and helpful as he resolved the issue. Just had Sean out to our home to replace the network card on our 2012 Large Flat Screen Samsung TV. He got it done in short order, showed me some features of the TV that I had not know about & downloaded some updates I had missed. Cost was $240 (includes tax) and seemed reasonable.
