I found out about Riverfront Computer Repair by doing a quick google search for the "best computer…read morerepair business in Cuyahoga Falls". When I clicked on one of the links, Matt's business was on that site's list of their top ten computer repair businesses in the city. After the service he provided me the past few days, I can't imagine any other business serving their customers as well as Matt does in this field. I immediately noticed that the price he was offering for his services was orders of magnitude lower than the rest of the competition. I thought this might be too good to be true, but since I had hardly any money to spare, I didn't have much of a choice, so I gave him a call. I soon found out that Riverfront Computer Repair wasn't too good to be true, and in fact exceeded all of my expectations. Matt answered my call and offered to stop by my place the same day to take a look at my computer. He charges a flat fee of $25, which is remarkable, considering the range of services he offers his customers. It's even more remarkable when you consider that other computer repair businesses I talked to were charging $99/hour or more in some cases for the exact same services. When it comes to computers, I only know the basics, so I would've been lost without Matt's help. Fortunately, Matt knew exactly what he was doing. My operating system crashed and was irreparably damaged, along with my hard drive, so I needed new ones. Matt gave me both for free, which I doubt any other business would do. After I got the hardware set up, I called him, and he guided me through each step of the software setup process over the phone, even though it was late at night. He even used a remote desktop connection to make sure everything was set up properly. He was always respectful of me and my needs, and made things as convenient as possible. He was even willing to retrieve my files from my old damaged hard drive. If all that wasn't enough, he did all of this for me for free, since I was his first customer, and he knew I was struggling financially. The combination of professionalism, expertise, convenience, and speed with which Matt fixed my computer's issues can't be beat, and all at a very affordable price. If you aren't convinced yet, don't take my word for it, do your own research. Compare his price to the prices of his competition. If you do, I think you'll reach the same conclusion I did. I can't recommend Riverfront Computer Repair highly enough for all your computer and IT needs.

Having just purchased a new phone, I had been looking for a suitable case for it. An on-line search…read morefound one from the phone manufacturer, whose website indicated they were available at Best Buy at Chapel Hill. I made the drive over, and when I entered the store I was immediately stopped by a guy asking what I was there for. When I told him, he "escorted" me to the phone cases and pointed out the one I had shown him on my phone. I asked if I could see it, as pictures on a website are sometimes deceptive. His answer? "You can look at it all you want once you buy it"! Okay then. Well, I was pretty sure it would work since it was from the phone manufacturer, so, in spite of the steep price, I went ahead and purchased it. Once out in the car, I found that it didn't protect the camera lenses (?!). Given that, I turned around and went back into the store to return it. I got through the front door without being stopped, but when I got in the return line, the same guy came over and started harassing me for returning it. I've been considering getting a new television, and my experience with returning a TV to a Best Buy while living in Arizona had already made me put Best Buy at the bottom of the list for sources. This experience with something as minor as a phone case confirmed my opinion. There is no way I would ever even consider buying a TV from this company. I will never again even pass through their doors. Best Buy has a motto that "the customer is always wrong". Why deal with such an organization?
