Bring you phones to Bill! He will treat you fairly and give you the best price in the country!…read more A few years ago, I shattered the screen on a new phone and he replaced it for me that night! Yes, it was costly, but FOR LESS then anyone else I found online! Plus, he did it faster than anyone else. Bill is a great guy and does a great job. I came back to him to have my Nexus 6P battery and charging port repaired. Once again, he came through cheaper than anyone else I've heard who has this problem. (Although, he did have trouble with the parts delivery, I give him credit for continuously trying and coming through in the end.)

Fantastic customer service and good prices…read more My phone hasn't worked in over a year! it randomly opened apps/links and pressed buttons all on its little lonesome. I was skeptical it could be fixed. I called around for prices, and FastFix had the best. As soon as I told Neil what was going on with my phone, he knew how to fix it. I was planning on running errands while he fixed my phone, but ended up locking my keys in my truck. Neil was extremely easy going and friendly. He made sure my 2 year old daughter and I were comfortable. He even let her watch her favorite movie on his Netflix while we waited. Even better, my phone was fixed before AAA got there. I haven't had a problem with my phone since. Not only did he fix my phone, but his customer service made my bad day better.

Under new management? Absolutely deplorable. Customer service was awful. Igor was rude and unkind and unhelpful. I gave him a working phone with a small crack in the screen and he has me a "repaired" screen that had no touch capability. His solution was to give me my old, cracked screen, to which he then shattered, putting back on. It's worse now than it was when I originally gave it to him and the response was a should shrug and 'sorry 'bout your luck.' DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Absolutely despicable and an embarrassment.

No one was in there and the employee (the manager, he told me) was just looking at his phone. I told him we were long-time AT&T customers (for 26 years!) and asked for his help. He could not have been more rude. He said as rudely as he could, "what the hell. Is everyone wanting me to set their phone up for them today?" I said, really. Do we have to go elsewhere? To which he replied, "I mean, sure". What?? You are literally doing nothing!! That there is a man who hates his job. We left without any assistance. And I will not spend another dime in that store. Thank you for nothing!
