Their pricing is very affordable while they seem to truly care about those that walk through their doors. Paul & Marie are more than knowledgeable while accommodating, professional and beyond pleasant and approachable people that are extremely relatable. (They aren't tech-nerds. They are cool and fun while making your problem theirs so you can relax while they put you and your device back in service). And in this day and age, they actually answer the phone and return calls! I'm lucky I've had a chance to work with them and have already recommended them to colleagues, employees and friends. Top-notch and highly recommended. Nick

I haven't been on yelp in YEARS. I came back in because I wanted to make sure that this business…read moregot the attention it deserves. I am very critical of "local businesses" because so many of them have a chip on their shoulder and try to guilt you into paying more "because we're local, not a big box," but they don't deliver on service or quality. Nick is the exact opposite of this. He knows what you can get from the big box and he works really hard to put himself in a niche separate from what they offer. I have paid him to replace a power cable port on a laptop, and he noticed the pc was running slow and offered to reinstall Windows minus bloatware. I gladly paid extra for this, and it was a major improvement to my pc. Recently he replaced a hard drive SAME DAY (in at 10:30, done by 1:30) in a laptop for me, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping me to make tech choices going forward for my family. When people preach at you about local business being better because of the personal touch, they are talking about businesses like Everything Computers.

I purchased the laptop from Best Buy and added insurance but my only option with them was to have Best Buy take my machine and ship it to their service center, to be returned to me in 6-8 weeks. Yeah um, as a consultant, that's hardly an option. Joe had me up and running within a few hours and even provided a loaner so I could in the meantime. Happy to support a local business and grateful the process was smooth. Hoping I don't need to return for anymore tech assistance but won't hesitate to do so. Note that Joe only accepts cash so you'll want to factor that in.

So my third call was Computer Crisis in Avon and wow, picked up the phone right away, got me on the schedule later that evening. That alone spoke volumes. A guy named James came out, figured out what the problem was, unplugged everything for me and took it into their Avon storefront. I opted for the upgraded repair option because the computer was about 7 years old. He installed Windows 11 on it for me and got everything backed up and transferred for me. Had the computer back to me the following evening and showed me how to use the new operating system. 5 star service and now I got a new computer service company that's local to north ridgeville ohio.
