After I made…read moremy purchase I asked John, the salesman, if he wasn't busy could spend some time explaining what 'smart' features I could install in our home that is being built in another state. John must have taken at least 30 to 45 minutes showing me products, making suggestions, and advising on how to save money. He did this knowing that I was not in a position to make any immediate purchase or even in Ohio. I felt guilty taking him away from a potential paying customers but he refused to interrupt my 'training session'. In a couple of months another Best Buy salesman in Virginia will benefit from all the effort, knowledge, and time that John spent with me in Wooster, OH. I was very impressed with his time, patience, and knowledge without any pressure to make additional purchases.

I purchased a remote starter for my car at Best Buy and had it installed at the Wooster, Ohio location in 2020. The service technicians were great and informative. I need another remote starter installed now (2023), but trying to get ahold of anyone in this service department by phone is impossible now. Every time I call I'm transferred to some call center in India. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.
