Unfortunately, the insulation on the compressor was gone, causing the unit to kick on and off and overheat without cooling the freezer. $868.00 for a new compressor! Yikes! I received a call back Monday at 8 a.m. Rick came out Wednesday on time at 8 a.m. I had received a text the night before confirming the appointment, and a text that morning that the tech was on his way. I like that! Rick diagnosed the problem, he ordered the parts, and I paid the service fee by check. Following the same procedure, he and Mike arrived at 8 a.m. the next Monday and installed the parts. Then they checked the circuit board. Nothing. Rick gave me a price for the board, including the parts he had just installed. I decided for that cost I could buy a new washer. The techs were very kind, agreeing, and charged me only for the service, which I'd already paid. They did remove the new parts to return. Note to self: If the washer is so off balanced that it "walks" several inches, get it checked out now. That rattling/walking can loosen other parts.

First, they delivered our new fridge on the weekend and when prompted to take the old fridge with them; when they should because that was what was required to be done. They said they didn't have the tools to do it and would come back. They were supposed to give us a call on the weekend. This never happened . So all weekend we had two fridges in our kitchen. Ontop of that the fridge that they gave us didn't freeze so we loss 200 dollars worth of groceries. On Monday, after the weekend after receiving no call I called into them and the receptionist answered the phone, very polite at first and I scheduled an appointment for later in the day once I was off of work for a mechanic to come out and for them to take the fridge. The mechanic doesn't show up until an hour and half past the appointment time, and he doesn't bring anyone with him to get the fridge. We call back to the receptionist and she says, "you're not getting your fridge moved ever if you keep talking to me like a child", after this she proceeded to yell vulgar language . My wife then called her to ask about getting our fridge moved out, and she immediately gets cussed out by the receptionist. The owner calls us later and tells us that he is sending someone out today and they don't show up until 730 at night . When they show up one of the employees come into our house and growls in anger at the fridge like he didn't want to move it. Me and my wife looked at each other in disbelief as we sat on the couch with my one year old son watching this man growl and yell and swear at the fridge ....all in all this was a terrible miserable experience and I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional, and all around rude.

The owner Rudy told me that he declined the job because it was timely and that he would be on his knees for an extended period of time. However this NOT true if you do a google search for repair Frigidaire ice maker flap you will see that it is a 15 min job and since you remove the ice maker from the fridge door you are not on your knees. I think the job was declined because I told the owners wife on my initial call that I had second thoughts on paying over $125 for this simple repair. I actually should not have calked especially after the fiasco I had with trying to get my washer repaired a few years ago... lessen learned will find a more reputable repair shop.
