This was on a custom hand made dj mixer from Australia with no manual to reference mind you. The variety of different gear they are able to work on is staggering. Ok if work is ahead of me I accept that. because of my repeated calls I was told they would move me up on the list to have the tech make a diagnostic evaluation on it which never ever happened. Then after that it was BS about having to build some "special diagnostic software" to access the ethernet port on the back of the amplifier or equipment to make an assessment. they told me they couldn't get enough information from the manufacturer or off the Internet. I could except that for a repair are you telling me place that repairs amplifiers can't even do a general diagnostic evaluation on an amplifier for god sake?? Then finally after two months I called to just tell them I wanted to come pick up my amp and take it someplace else and their response was "we are out on the road for a week with the some band but we'll see if we can find anybody to let you in to the store so you can get your amplifier." what a joke this place is. They have no business whatsoever advertising home audio equipment repair. The only thing I got for my money was excuse after excuse about why they had done nothing and a bunch of BS. They could not even provide me a guess what might be wrong with it based upon a bench evaluation by one of their techs. It is really hard to find audio equipment repair shops nowadays as everything is disposable but I can tell you this, Pro Sound certainly isn't one of them! Stay away if you need stereo repair.

Tonight we went to pick it up and he was told my phone was sent to the Stow store to be fixed because they could not fix it. The reason he went in to pick get it, was because I broke my foot today and he did not want me walking on it and he was the one that dropped it off. He proceeded to come out to the truck and get me and when I, "the white woman" walked back into the store, all of sudden my phone was there and fixed, within 2 seconds. They literally lied to my husband about the phone. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. This is why a lot of unnecessary racism crimes happen. My husband was very highly frustrated and upset, felt disgraces, discriminated, everything!!! He did not want me walking on my injured foot and then got lied to for no reason! Something should be done about this employee. The other employee, we believe John G, helped us and gave us the phone without issue. You could tell he was embarrassed about what happened... but still no apology or anything. Just said, I'll talk to him. Now we find out that our pictures will not be able to be transfered. Off to Best Buy to look into a photo stick. The first young man we encountered knew NOTHING about how they work. Now that makes three of us. He goes off to find someone that can help. Next young man is only a fraction better by telling us that you put the photo stick in the port, tap on the photo you want to save. How to retrieve them was a mystery. We decided to buy two photo sticks thinking maybe we could figure it out but I wanted to look at tablets first. Again,we are not knowledgeable so we asked ( still the second young man) how tablets work. We would be better off asking the grandkids but the employees at Best Buy are either not knowledgeable or just can't be bothered since it is a no commission job. So we get home with two photo sticks. Step1. Put photo stick into phone, tap picture....is something suppose to let us know it was successful? Step 2. There is no port on our computer to put this thing. Everytime we go to Best Buy the employees are all the same, completely useless. Step 1. Put photo stick in the phone. Step 2. Tap on photo, is something suppose to tell us this was successful? Step 3. Try to insert photo stick into the computer but computer has no opening for this gadget.
