The issues that were stated didn't concern me too much based on the cost savings I would receive ($600) and they seemed like random circumstances, spread years apart. The responses from Compusource over the issues also seemed legit. I ended up buying an EPSON STC8000 printer, it was not in stock at places like Best Buy or Amazon, and if it was, it was far more than MSRP. The printer was delivered perfectly, no issues, came exactly as stated and much quicker than I expected, especially after reading other's reviews. I would buy from them again.

Turnaround time can be a couple weeks to a month but he has lots of speakers he is working on so not a big deal. I feel the prices are fair for refoaming and you will have no issues after. I was glad to give them business to help keep them going when things were closed down and will keep going. I went to them because when I worked in radio we had some old JBL 4412's refoamed 7 years ago and they did great work.

It took over 1 year for them to finally finish, and during the whole process was fed nothing but excuses, and sub par work. Everything was half done, and that half was done incorrectly. Every week there was some new employee here they hired, and that person had no idea where the last guy left off from the week before, and good luck getting a hold of the man in charge. You will be ignored for weeks on end until he sees fit to get back to you. Basically this is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with, and if I'm ever asked if I know of a company to refer, all I can say is. I definitely know of a company to never call! I don't know who Tom G is, but I already know he's a liar.
