Within an hour of picking the phone up yesterday it started flashing green and it's MY fault? Everything I read says it's either the display flex isn't perfectly seated or the replacement panel is defective. HE THEN CALLED THE POLICE AND HAD EVEN MY 4 YEAR OLD REMOVED FROM THE STORE! Dropped my phone off Thursday to have the battery replaced because my phone kept freezing and have the back screen crack repaired. Picked it up Friday, was told "it still might not be dry but it should be okay, just put it in the case". Saturday, my phone is still freezing and to my shock and surprise, the back of the phone was cracked again. I brought it back at 1pm, not even 24 hours after picking it up. I called about 4:30 to see if it was ready and was told he had to order a part and I couldn't get my phone until Monday. Well, excuse me but did I say it's okay to keep my phone until Monday? I certainly did not. He claimed he called my husband, that's a lie. No missed call, no voicemail. He said the other guy who worked on my phone "used the wrong glue", whatever that means, and then literally in the same sentence accused ME of cracking my phone! I told him put my phone back together, I'm coming to get it. He's a terrible person to deal with. ZERO customer service skills. These reviews literally have to be his friends and family. THE BEST PART IS 8PM, MY ENTIRE PHONE SCREEN IS NOW BLINKING BRIGHT GREEN AND I CAN'T GET IT TO STOP. NOW MY PHONE IS COMPLETELY UNUSEABLE. I WILL BE CONTACTING TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE NOW I CANT EVEN TRADE MY PHONE IN FOR A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!! STAY. AWAY.

My friend needed to get a new screen for her phone so we decided to pop in here. They didn't have…read morethe screen she needed but they made a quick call and went to go get the screen needed. I thought that was really nice, since most places would've been sorry for your luck. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back. One of the other employees offered my friend a chair since they only had one and she had a hard time getting off of that one. It's very open as in a bit empty inside but they sell phones, cases, screen repair and other things you would find in convenience type stores. The two gentlemen we dealt with were really friendly. Her phone screen replacement was $90 for an iPhone 13. At least we know of a place close to home to get the screens fixed for a decent price.

It took him two hours to replace screen, then I found that my earpiece speaker was now not working. I immediately returned for him to fix at that time he disassembled my phone again to follow up with "this is stressful, I'm not the expert". He assured me his brother could fix it tomorrow. Prior to leaving I requested a receipt, he said we don't do receipts and wrote his name, amount paid and date on a sheet of paper! Return the following day to now a phone that won't work with any LCDs and turn on! Owner looked me in the face to say "it's not his fault I took the risk when allowing them to fix my phone" . The "Owner" then handed my my phone back returned my money with an extra twenty for my trouble, while telling me to take it to apple store. Fast forward today took to Apple store to find out they didn't replace all the components, screws are missing and the heating elements are missing. This store basically gave me a shell of a phone and a $600 problem. I have to now buy another phone while still under contract with this phone! Do not go to this place! They won't return my calls and hangs up on me! They clearly are in the business of taking advantage of people!

So my wife broke her phone screen on her Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra and being a $1000 phone I wanted…read moreto get it replaced for her. Went to City Cell for the repair. Mine there told me it would be $200 +75 labor, and this was in line with what I was seeing the prices were online. I want to first give a kudos for Mike NOT charging that bullshit transaction fee that so many places are starting to do. So good on Mike for that one. The install job he did itself was great but there was a significant problem: this new screen was a generic 3rd party screen that was significantly smaller in size and noticeable because the S22 and up from Samsung have a semi curved edge that gives the phone a unique look. This was not the case with this new screen. Also this screen is incapable of producing 120hz even though the phone setting will still say that it's on. I mentioned this to Mike and I'm not trying to verbally beat the guy up in this review but he did get defensive and dismissive about it. I showed him side by side two identical phones (the one having this generic screen) the difference between 60hz and 120hz. He really wasn't interested. In the end I just requested that he puts the old cracked screen back on and I reluctantly had to make him a deal where he'd get this sub par screen back and keep $40 out of all this. So he did refund the money and losing out $40 was still better than making a civil case out of this. But I'm just left wondering how someone who works on screens doesn't know the difference in screen refresh rates.
