I called him and talked about the issue I was having and he made me feel very at ease that he would be able to fix my subwoofer that cost be $900 originally. We set up an appointment for me to bring it in for a diagnostic which cost $25 which I thought was fair for his time. When I brought it in he stated it would take 3-5 days to diagnose the issue, he called me in 2 days with a quote which was more than a fair price and it included a 90 day warranty. He was able to find a solution quickly and efficiently and the repairs were done just as fast!
