I haven't been on yelp in YEARS. I came back in because I wanted to make sure that this business…read moregot the attention it deserves. I am very critical of "local businesses" because so many of them have a chip on their shoulder and try to guilt you into paying more "because we're local, not a big box," but they don't deliver on service or quality. Nick is the exact opposite of this. He knows what you can get from the big box and he works really hard to put himself in a niche separate from what they offer. I have paid him to replace a power cable port on a laptop, and he noticed the pc was running slow and offered to reinstall Windows minus bloatware. I gladly paid extra for this, and it was a major improvement to my pc. Recently he replaced a hard drive SAME DAY (in at 10:30, done by 1:30) in a laptop for me, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping me to make tech choices going forward for my family. When people preach at you about local business being better because of the personal touch, they are talking about businesses like Everything Computers.

Under new management? Absolutely deplorable. Customer service was awful. Igor was rude and unkind and unhelpful. I gave him a working phone with a small crack in the screen and he has me a "repaired" screen that had no touch capability. His solution was to give me my old, cracked screen, to which he then shattered, putting back on. It's worse now than it was when I originally gave it to him and the response was a should shrug and 'sorry 'bout your luck.' DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. The sales rep tried to tack on a monthly charge for an iPad (which we did not want) while being unclear of the monthly service charge for the iPad. 2. Straight up lied about what data plans were available, trying to get me to purchase a larger plan than I needed 3. Tried to tack on an iPhone insurance plan which I did not ask for #2 above was ridiculous. I literally had to ask to look at his computer screen to see which plans were available because he was lying to me. Then he tried to click around quickly so I wouldn't notice. Then, when I did see the screen, the plan that he didn't mention (even when I asked him specifically about something in that range) was even highlighted as "recommended". Shady. I'm never going there again.
