Beware - this stores allows their employee to berate minor children and remove two minors and an adult from the store without allowing them to pay for their goods without just cause. Corporate states they are allowed to remove anyone for any reason. The employee followed them without just cause. He then called one child (11) disgusting on three occasions for coughing (with their mouth covered) as a result of a chronic, asthmatic cough. Per police, this isn't the first complaint against this employee. A week later and the employee is still working there. Absolutely appalling from a company that references acting with integrity multiple times on their code of ethics for employees. read more

Did a purchase at one store and tried to find out if I could return to a store closer to my home----Don't try calling --- I tried 2 stores and NO ONE answers their phones. I tried different departments and still no answers. I don't think they care about people who buy at their stores. Will return the item and find another store to deal with read more

Went to target in Stow to do a little Christmas shopping Thursday 12/15/22 5:00 at the time of checkout we had to wait in a line that ran the entire isle past the cosmetics. There were only 2 registers open. Worst experience ever! Bad call Target! read more

Normally I have a good experience here but PLEASE start assuming customers are asking you where something is after they have looked in obvious spots for quite a few minutes. I asked an employee for help, someone told her where it was and then another employee acted like he was going to help me look and simply said "they should be in one of these two isles" and walked away. .... I know they would be in one of those two isles which is while I looked in them for 15 minutes. The person over the walkie clearly said back wall. He walked away and I felt so annoyed that I left and now have to stop at another store to get literally one thing. Customer service isn't really hard. You just have to care. Naturally with the virus upon us, I attempted to shop on-line; however, in store pick up was not an option nor was having the complete set sent to one location. Then because the complete gift set I needed didn't exceed $25.00 the website refused to ship it to me. It's bs that Target expects you to spend additional money on items you don't need just to ship the ones you do. I saw that three items were in stock at Streetsboro and two in Stow. Naturally I was not pleased about having to leave my home. When I arrived at Streetsboro, they only had one item. When I got to Stow they only had two items (their website sent me on a wild goose chase). I then went back inside to return the canister I purchased in Streetsboro less than an hour prior. Unfortunately, the employee at customer service refused my return. Stating that I he couldn't take returns from other stores & that I would have to wait 24 hours- since when?! I didn't want to be a "Karen" so I thanked him anyways and left. I've been doing retail for over 15 yrs & have returned items from one location to another sister store in the past- I thought maybe their policy had changed due to the virus but no where on the site nor in store or the receipt did it state this. What was even more frustrating is that I checked Targets site again only to see that all the items I needed were in stock. I had them in my cart and was in the payment process when it refused my order because it was under $25.00. I added an additional item but then while paying it removed two of my items out of my cart leaving my total under the required amount again! I had to spend an additional $32.00 just to get two canisters that were $5.99 each and now have to take the $32.00 ugly cake tier back *rolls eyes*. After all the trouble I went through and still couldn't get a complete set, I ended up paying extra to purchase it on Amazon. read more

Go into Chez Target looking for: -Luggage tags I leave Chez Target with: -A picture frame (for my parents) -Greeting card (also for my parents) -Yoga pants (it's a constant thing, I tell you) -An AC/DC vintage-esque t-shirt (do I need to justify this?) -Two headbands (I have hair, it needs holding back) -New comforter/sheet set to match my new bedroom (which requires me to pack ANOTHER suitcase to take back to SF... but, it was $35 dollars and obviously would go so nicely with the new paint job in my room... or, so I think, I haven't seen it yet... but, $35!! Sheets, blankie, thingie to cover pillows, bedskirt... COME ON!) -New sleep mask (I'm weird, can't sleep w/out one) -Five pack of Joe Boxer hipster boyshorts in pastel colors (one pair has SKULLS on them, how could I NOT buy them???) -Conditioner (I have hair, it needs conditioning) -Vanilla body spray (yes, I know strippers smell like vanilla, SHUT IT - I like vanilla!) -Bottle of water (I was thirsty) -Gum (I had coffee breath) I leave Chez Target without: -Luggage tags... which was actually what I needed. Online Photo Printing to Store This store no longer offers online ordering of photographic prints. They still have in-store printing capabilities, but their online portal has been removed. The very friendly customer service rep at the store agrees that this is an inconvenience (however slight, perhaps), and they reportedly don't know why the corporate office has disabled this service. I will likely still use the in-store service, but looking for a alternate competitive resource has now become an option. read more
