We looked around and had some horrific Furniture shopping. 3 places would not help us at all 1 very pushy and kept trying to up sell us. The manager you was pushing warranties and extras was pushing a little to hard. The delivery people were good but they had to take a door off to get the couch in and didn't put it back correctly and I had to adjust the door when I came home. All in all I would buy here than any of the other furniture places around.

We went in, got everything filled out, and the delivery scheduled only to receive a call an hour later from someone at the store saying it's going to take 10 days for the cashiers check to clear! Are you serious? A cashiers check is issued by your bank by immediately removing the money from your account. To say I am upset is an understatement. We should have been told on Sunday and today that it would take 10 days. Not go through the whole process and hand them the money and say you are good to go! Since when does it take 10 days? Take the cashiers check across the street, and the bank will hand you the cash!

I either sink to the middle or feel like Im rolling off the edge or a sink hole where you are sleeping. I'm a small person so weight isn't causing it to break down like this. My hip hurts often and now my back is beginning to hurt. Also often my neck and shoulders as well. Which I bought multiple specialty pillows to try to help and not much different. Maybe being 45 my body is changing and aches and pains are starting but I rarely wake up feeling restful. I would advise people to do more research and compare with other brands. Within 3 to 4 years of owning this matress it shouldn't be this miserable. I should have listened to others that also unhappy with their Original Mattress. Lesson learned.
