Jeff, the sales rep, explained the difference in each of those that I tried. While testing out the mattresses, I was also testing out some of their pillows. I have never put my head on such a comfortable pillow. The brand is made for OMF. So besides buying a new mattress, I purchased two pillows. I took the pillows with me and the mattress was delivered the following week. The guys who brought in the mattress also removed my old one. They were in and out within 15 minutes. It started with a J! ...who patiently explained to me the different brands, quality of materials, all of it! She was not one of those salespeople that puts so much pressure on you that you just want to leave the store. She let me take my time. She was understanding of my firm budget. They sent out a company that repairs furniture. We have been waiting for three months for the repair. The service from northeast is a joke and we are not happy.
