As I was looking around the guys were bringing in pieces of furniture to display. This is a family operation that deserves checking out.

This location has some great display windows on the outside that give you a good preview of everything and inside it's pretty spread out so you don't feel claustrophobic while you're browsing. They have two floors and everything is well organized. The kitchen section was pretty impressive with all the tools and accessories you could want. It's also nice to be able to sit on the couches in person and check out materials instead of buying them online.

After searching online for area furniture stores, Sedlak's caught my eye and I decided to pay them a visit at their Solon location. The store is inconspicuous from the street and more closely resembles a hotel or country club from the outside. Upon walking in I was greeted by a kind lady at a desk and she directed me down a hall to the back of the store. This place is absolutely massive! There are numerous sections, each of which specializes in different home furnishings. The variety is extensive and offers a vast assortment of items. I found the section that has televison stands and after roughly 15 minutes decided on an attractive wood and glass stand with cabinets. I found a sales clerk who was more than helpful and collected my information. She then advised that the stand would be delivered in one piece, which would spare me the time of having to assemble it. She advised that the delivery would be carried out within a week and guided me to the front to submit payment. One I submitted payment, a delivery date was agreed upon for the following Monday (4 days) and I left. Sedlak's contacted me the day prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm. On the day of the delivery, two Sedlak's professionals contacted me upon arrival and I let them in. They carefully setup the stand and were even kind enough to place the television on it. The stand is of inpeccable quality and the customer service was top tier! I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!

You have to keep going back and really walk around and look for items, but I have found fantastic deals (and beautiful items) for my dining room, bedroom and living room. The sales person I worked with at Legacy was super friendly and helpful. At the loft? They were nice, but don't seem as well trained as in the regular stores. I had a problem with one of the stools I ordered from Legacy and they switched it out very quickly and it was easy to coordinate. I've used delivery in the past for large orders but they were nice and let me pick up stools and other items I could fit in my car so I could save the delivery fees.

The sales associated took his car key multiple times to the couch to demonstrate the durability. On July 4 we discovered a small area on the side of the couch where the gray material was peeling off the couch. I put in a claim and have been denied, stating they do not cover "cuts", the damage appears to be accidental rather than a defect. I am not sure how peeling material would be accidental damage. I will never purchase from Ashley again, I would recommend Bobs Furniture over Ashley. Ashley does not stand behind the products, their customer service is just awful. The dresser came with uneven drawers. They sent a tech out to fix it but it could not be fixed because the drawers themselves were cut wrong. I was told a new dresser would be sent and everything would be fine with this new one. They have sent me 3 dressers and they all have this problem. So they said they'll send out just new drawers... they are the wrong ones. Now I have to wait for new drawers to be sent in their place and schedule a tech to come install them. Also the knobs keep falling off. I can not have that happening I'm my 2 year old daughters room. She still puts stuff in her mouth. What if she chokes?! Now on to the sofas. They keep ripping at the seams. The cushions are flattening as are the throw pillows. Ashley home store has sent me replacement cushions but they also keep ripping and flattening. I took pictures of all the cushions and pillows and sent them to Ashley home store and was told this is "normal wear and tear". Are you kidding me?! It has only been 7 months. Actually less because the cushions were last replaced in December. The dust cover on the loveseat is also detaching from the underneath of the couch. I was sent a new dust cover and had to schedule for the tech to come staple it back onto the couch. I asked if they could just come pick up all of the furniture and refund me because I am SO UNHAPPY. And was told nope. I cannot return anything after I sign for it. They have given me money off of the bill but in my opinion it is not enough. We spent a lot of money at this furniture store and I expect longevity out of the pieces we purchase
