I wandered in because the displays are so cute, I wanted to see all the treasure inside. Every nook and corner is packed with funky, colorful one-of-a-kind furniture and home goods you won't find anywhere else. A lot of the items are hand crafted or hand painted. The vibe is playful, and just whimsical. The store has multiple rooms inside with different themes and colors. One of my favorite parts of the shop is their collection of teapots and tea sets. You can find them all over the store. They have so much personality! It's like each piece has its own little story. Definitely the kind of thing that would instantly become a conversation starter in your home. If you're looking to host a tea party, you must browse this collection. There's also a bit of funky furniture like foot stools and arm chairs that are so playful! If you're looking to add a pop of color to your living room this is the place for you. Especially perfect for Alice in Wonderland themes! Fair warning: the prices are up there. This is definitely more of a "treat yourself" or "special gift" kind of place rather than everyday shopping. But to be honest, the creativity and quality of the pieces feel worth the splurge if you're looking for something truly special. A lot of pieces are one of a kind, so it makes all the sense. I had brief conversation with the owners and employees while walking through. They were so friendly and welcoming! If you're into bold design, quirky details, and pieces that feel like art, this boutique is absolutely worth a visit. Even just walking through feels inspiring.

Or maybe because she was snooty and thought she was better than me. Well she should've seen the movie Pretty Woman. Because you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I was looking for new flatware. And I was ready to buy. At $50 plus per serving. I wanted eight servings. Which maybe I'm not bright enough to do the math. Let's ask the rude employee who didn't and wouldn't give us her name. To give you some context of what happened I will tell you I walked in with 30 minutes left before closing. It's close to the time. But not that close. I was the only person in the store and I couldn't get an employee to help me out. I finally said out loud is there anyone who wants to help me out. There were two employees there. Both having their own conversation at the cashier drawer. Mind you the flatware is within 15 feet of the cash drawer. She came over and asked what I needed. And I tried to ask a few questions. She kept walking away as she was answering. And I said hold up. I have other questions. And she did the same thing. She wouldn't give me the attention of a shopper. Finally she said from a distance of about 15 feet, maybe you should go to Williams Sonoma. But I'm here. This is where I walked into. Why would she push me away to another store. Even if the Williams Sonoma is a sister store. I'm here. And I wanted to buy here. She repeated herself a few times about it would be better for me to go there. So I finally gave up and left. It is very rude of someone to treat me that way. When I was ready to buy. For the record. I was in the store July 27,2025 at half hour to closing. Only two employees were there. And it was the shorter of the two employees. She wouldn't give us her name. Because a proper greeting which I never received was not in her vocabulary. I will never go back to this store if she is working. I'll remember her face.

If they had friendlier people that worked at this location perhaps I might enjoy spending all the money I do there but unfortunately their people are not nice. I haven't had one encounter with anyone who works there who is nice and not snobby. Do they intentionally hire snobby people? If you go over to West Elm, which is owned by the same company, the people there are completely different. West elm people are friendly and nice and human. Yes I will continue to go to this pottery barn but I will hate every minute that I'm there because of their staff. SNOBBY.

You have to keep going back and really walk around and look for items, but I have found fantastic deals (and beautiful items) for my dining room, bedroom and living room. The sales person I worked with at Legacy was super friendly and helpful. At the loft? They were nice, but don't seem as well trained as in the regular stores. I had a problem with one of the stools I ordered from Legacy and they switched it out very quickly and it was easy to coordinate. I've used delivery in the past for large orders but they were nice and let me pick up stools and other items I could fit in my car so I could save the delivery fees.

While they didn't give me any kind of accommodation that would make me want to continue to do business with them, they still haven't given me my refund of 50% of my purchase. so not only have they not given me an accommodation (they didn't have to), they haven't returned my money. (ps. they are working with me to fix my door that their delivery staff scratched, so I guess that's something).

I called Spaces to help me move and the employee that answered the phone was polite, professional, and immediately got me set up with a date and time. On the day of the move they showed up a few minutes early and had the truck, dolly, carts, and blankets ready to go for me right when our appointment was scheduled. They brought 2 guys to get everything moved which I thought wasn't going to be enough. These two young men had my entire home packed in the truck within an hour and a half which was incredibly quick. They even went back with a broom and cleaned up the old house which I thought was above and beyond what was expected of them. When we arrived to the new home, they had everything unpacked and in the house within about an hour. They used blankets and plastic to help eliminate bringing any dirt in to the house. After everything was set up the one employee packed up the truck while the other inspected the house for any dings or nicks on the walls or floors. These guys were so good they didn't touch a single wall while moving multiple appliances, couches, dressers, beds, and various large sized items. I can't believe how quick these guys were and if I ever move again I will 100% be calling them. I'm referring them to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

The warehouse supervisor told me they essentially would have to reorder it and it would be another 3-5 weeks for delivery because it was on backorder after I had already waited 3 weeks for this delivery. After asking to speak to a manager while talking to the customer service representative for 90 minutes they finally transferred me after I requested my order just be cancelled and I wanted a refund. It took my installer a day of work to run each piece of tile with acetone to get off the marking. The countertop was installed 1" off, and the oven didn't fit, they had to come back to fix it. Then when they came back to fox their mistake, they uninstalled the plumbing in the sink while they were fixing it, but they didn't hook it back up. The cabinets arrived missing pieces, and two cabinets arrived damaged. The replacement cabinets arrived a whole month later, delaying the whole project. One of them came without a drawer, and the other came with one side not painted. I'm still waiting on the missing cabinet pieces. I asked for 5% off the countertops and cabinets because of the added time, the contractor/installer having more work and having to make extra trips to finish, and they wouldn't give it to me. Additionally, after spending $20k on cabinets, I've had a drawer break and multiple chips one year after using the kitchen. Additionally, the countertop that was ordered through ProSource was installed with the countertop company. They were supposed to install the sink after placing the countertop.
