Very unhappy with our experience. The sales rep messed up multiple things with our order. I sent a…read morephoto of our cupboard with a tape measurer so she would know for sure which size pulls we needed. She still ordered the wrong size and they don't even carry the size we need in what we picked so our entire order was thrown off and would no longer match with anything else we bought. I also clearly said we needed 3 toilet paper holders since we were updating 3 bathrooms but I didn't realize until we received the order that she only placed the order for 1 toilet paper holder. When we outlined all the new items we wanted to purchase, our contractor reached out to her twice a day for several days and after 5 days of no response, we decided to just go elsewhere.

We were told not to worry, they would take it back and we would get a refund. We are now told they can not take the wood and parts back. It looks like I am going to have to take them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT and after the stress of having a new kitchen put in, I now have to have the stress of going to court. We ordered both countertops and cabinets and had issues with both that required reordering. One cabinet was designed so that it did not allow for the plumbing for the sink- which was in place at measurement and should have been accounted for. Then they came for countertop install and realized they couldn't get the piece through the door and it would need to be cut , which requires the piece to be remade completely. If you want your project done right and on time, find another Cambria and Kraftmaid dealer.

After talking to him and explaining my time limit and everything, he said he could do it so I hired him on the spot. Our projected start date was originally June 1st, but didn't start until June 12th due to change orders at other jobs they were busy with. Ryan was the lead on my project and they were a pleasure to work with. In the end we had a mishap with Lowes and a couple of things that Mike came out and fixed, but in the end we got our beautiful little bathroom remodel, I've referred Damian's info to a few people, and would definitely work with Damian, Ryan, Mike, and again.
