The two installers and plumbers were neat clean and surprisingly quick with the job, small kitchen with an easy tear out helped. The counters looked good with a nice clean finish, no issue with the material or workmanship on fit and finish. The install team did a nice job of keeping the dust and dirt down, vacuuming while drilling the opening for the faucet and debris from the tearout. I'm happy to recommend Rocksolid Stone Works and would / will use them again on other projects.

The process was done precisely and accurately. Shortly after the countertops were made an appointment for the install was scheduled. The two installers arrived on time and covered all surfaces before starting then explained in detail what work will be performed, which included removing our old dishwasher., installing the new dishwasher, sink and faucet. Once found, I scheduled an appointment for a measurement and tech arrived promptly. I asked for a specific install date and they made it happen. Installation was flawless, very professional, very respectful of my house and the techs cleaned up after themselves. The granite is beautiful and I love coming home to my new kitchen look daily. Our experience with them was terrible, first the guy measured wrong, and the counter was off by 10…read moreinches(short). This was the first sign of trouble. Sorry, the first sign of trouble is when they demand full payment before the install. Then, the evening before the install, scheduled for the 4/10, they call and say they need the stove top for an accurate measurement but that will delay it until Saturday the 11th. They did show up and this is when we found out it was too short. They installed 2 of the 4 counters but had to take the other 2 back to the shop with them. I called on the 13th and they said it would be ready by the 17th. I called on the 17th and was told it would not be ready until the 20th. Again, they did not show up on the 20th. Finally, they showed up on the 21st and installed the counter. So, on the 11th they tore out the existing counters/sink/stove and now it is 10 days with no kitchen. Throughout this time all the communication was one way. Me, calling them to find out what the hell was going on. Now they were always polite, "Oh we will work with you" More BS. There was no sense of customer satisfaction for our inconvenience of missing work and having to arrange multiple people's schedule to accommodate them. I also asked for some reimbursement for the pain and suffering and was told we don't do that. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT, as you will just get the runaround.
