My issues were with the contractor that was suggested. After a year several of the cabinets loosened up. I had another contractor check it out and he discovered the cabinets had short less than 1/2" screws holding the lazy susan and other cabinets which broke away and also many of the other cabinets loosened. I did not call Iris due to the fact it was installed improperly and that was my choice for contractors not her fault. So just make sure you watch who you hire to install. We are completely satisfied with the entire process, start to finish. The install was completed in one day. All the aforementioned stores provided reasonable quotes; however, when it came to designing for our needs they were only capable of providing cookie cutter results. Cindy from Closet Factory came to our home and designed the coffee bar to our needs and space. Joe the installer was on time and professional and his attention to detail was superb. The price difference from the the "Stores" to Closet Factory was not that big of a difference. By choosing Closet factory we got custom made pieces for a great price!!! The kitchen designer came to my house measured and give life to my vision with a 3D rendering design software. The company ran into shipping delays due to COVID. The cabinets were eventually delivered to my house, and they installed. However, there was an unforeseen issue with the corner sink design. I needed more space in that area. I called the designer. The owner came out to my house, redesigned that area and replaced the sink base cabinet to allow for more space at no charge. Then it was found that the cabinets were not leveled. The owner had no problem with sending his team back out to correct this problem. I would rehire Bear Cabinetry for future projects. Side note: my location is incorrect. I live in Cleveland, Ohio.

It took almost six weeks for the cabinets to be installed. Measuring for the counter tops was delayed. They apparently had an issue with getting the counter top material delivered and here i am, three months later and my counter tops aren't even scheduled to be installed. What's worse, they made a big deal of getting paid well in advance and have under delivered. Dave, Matt and Geoff are all terrible at communicating when to expect work to be done or when things will be delayed. I have had a good experience with communicating with the designer, Lauren, who has helped me several times in the process... so, she's been the one saving grace. Thank you Lauren. In general, steer clear of Cleveland Cabinets!
