Nate Plum of Plum Solutions LLC checks all the boxes. Nate advised us on tile selection, trim, and even patched some drywall areas for us. Also, his installation and know-how are second-to-none. He had all the right tools for the job, was organized, a pleasant individual to talk to, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. At one point, we removed tile to discover an exposed electrical box from the prior owners hidden in the wall. While most any bootleg tradesman would just cover back over it again with tile, Nate strongly urged us to have it professionally handled so he could continue. I respect anyone who operates their business like this. If you have time to do it wrong, you have time to do it right, and Nate does it right. We have a home Choice Cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. I am not sure if they are the…read morehighest quality, I know that within the Choice selection they do not seem to be the "Top of the Line", but they are holding up quite well and are very attractive. We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

We tried for more than a year to get someone to just come to the house, but Eric came within a week of our inquiry. We were opening up our first floor by taking out a wall, putting in new flooring throughout the first and second floors, installing ceiling lights, and revamping our curved staircase, which we found out was a fairly involved project. The team did an incredible job! We got estimates and had a number of meetings with him and his team before anything began. We received digital drawings of what our home would look like and they worked with us until they got everything just the way we envisioned them. The best part was the final finished product was exactly as we saw it in the renderings. Pucher's Design Center performs before and after the sale…read more Months of searching for new carpeting at stores throughout the Cleveland suburbs taught us most of what we did not like for one reason or another. By the time we remembered that Pucher's was right in our town we were ready to give up. We are so very glad we went to "just one more store." Pucher's had many of the same carpet samples we had rejected elsewhere, but it also had others we had not seen. It also had Claudia, who provided a higher level of customer service, including a great capacity for listening to and understanding our pain points and offering suggestions. Her visit to our home to see the existing palette, review the paint color changes we were about to make, and to better understand our life style, was refreshing, and a very helpful game-changer. With her help we selected 1,638 square feet of carpet that hit all our important points and bought it at a competitive price. The Pucher's Carpet Installation Team was described to us as simply being the best. An easy claim but hard to believe without prior experience, so we were both skeptical and hopeful when installation day arrived. Carpet installers Tom and Dave were outstanding in every way. The installation plan was built to meet our needs for moving furniture; coordinating with our pool table experts to disassemble and reassemble our pool table on site; and maximize our comfort during the four days allocated for this installation. Tom and Dave were conspicuous experts in the use of carpet, padding, tools, skill, generosity and humor. We were amazed at the quality and speed of their transformation of our floors.
